The Indian Enforcement Directorate has filed a lawsuit against Raj Kundra, claiming he holds 285 Bitcoins.

Golden Finance reports that Bitinning founder Kashif Raza stated on the X platform that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) of India has filed charges against Raj Kundra, claiming he holds 285 Bitcoins worth approximately 1.5 billion rupees (about 150 Crore). This case is related to the 660.6 billion rupee encryption Ponzi Scheme involving the late Amit Bhardwaj.
