SEC commissioners Caroline Crenshaw, Hester Peirce, and the Director of the Trading and Markets Division, Jamie Selway, will deliver opening remarks, and SEC Chairman Paul S. Atkins will give a speech. The meeting will feature three discussion panels focusing on the experiences of market participants over the past 20 years, the role of the trading prohibition in the current market structure, and potential future developments.
