The vision of 4.6 trillion is drawn, but has AAVE already taken a bite of the valuation?

AAVE is up 19%.

In the past 24 hours, while Bitcoin was repeatedly testing the $60K threshold and altcoins were in a sea of red, AAVE surged with a big green candle to $94.

The news is simple:

Aave founder Stani Kulechov stated on X that Aave is expanding its target market from crypto assets to all asset classes.

Translation: AAVE is going after Wall Street's business.

How big is this pie?

The global securities lending market has $4.6 trillion in borrowed securities, generating approximately $35 billion in annual revenue.

And how do current brokers play it? Platforms like Robinhood and Charles Schwab keep 50% to 85% of the fees from stock lending, leaving users with only scraps.

What is Aave's logic?

Tokenized stocks go on-chain via V4, and the full lending yield is returned directly to you. Real-time transparency, dynamic pricing, no middlemen taking a cut.

Stocks like AAPL and TSLA become on-chain collateral. The interest you earn from lending out Apple stock goes 100% into your pocket.

Sounds like a revolution, right?

But I have to ask:

How much of this "4.6 trillion" expectation has AAVE's current price already priced in?

Let me do the math for you.

Grayscale's June 18 report gave a fair value range: $80 to $100.

Using traditional finance’s DCF model—projecting Aave protocol to achieve net income of about $60 million by 2026, with a 20-25x P/E ratio typical of fintech companies.

When the report was published, AAVE was around $75.

And now, with the news, it's $94.

It has already hit the upper end of Grayscale's valuation range.

In other words, the market has already largely priced in the identity of "the leading crypto asset lending protocol."

What you are buying now is the yet-unfulfilled dream of "Aave becoming the global general lending layer."

But how far is this dream from reality?

Let's calm down and think.

First, the Aavenomics 3.0 buyback mechanism has not been implemented yet.

Stani hinted at automatic buybacks, but it's still "in design." From proposal to execution, there are community votes, code audits, and market testing—months at a minimum.

Second, securities lending is still in the planning stage.

"Tokenized stocks on-chain" sounds nice, but what about regulation? Compliance? Will Wall Street just sit back and do nothing?

Aave Horizon has indeed launched, cooperating with institutions like VanEck and Securitize, with deposits exceeding $440 million. But compared to the total market of $4.6 trillion, that's barely a rounding error.

Third, we just experienced the KelpDAO attack in April.

$230 million in bad debt, deposits dropped from $36 billion to $12 billion. Although smart contracts were not breached, confidence takes time to recover.

So my judgment is:

At $94, AAVE has already baked in a pretty full "narrative premium."

This is not to say AAVE won’t rise. If securities lending really works out, if Aavenomics 3.0 smoothly lands, if regulators give the green light—$175 or even higher is not a dream.

But how much are those "ifs" worth?

When the market is partying, it never tells you the answer.

"4.6 trillion is the ceiling, not the floor. From $75 to $94, the market has already paid the first deposit on this ceiling."

What remains is whether Stani can actually deliver on that vision.#0成本拿2股SK海力士 #美光市值超越Meta跻身全美前十 $BTC $ETH $AAVE

Russell Buying Day: SpaceX Saw a "Longs Killing Longs" Rout

Tens of billions in passive capital were clearly signaled to enter the market.

Yet the stock price was nearly crushed.

Yesterday's SpaceX trading session was a classic textbook case of retail psychology.

On June 26, the annual Russell index rebalancing took effect. SpaceX was officially added to the Russell 1000 Index. Passive funds tracking the Russell Index—managing roughly $12 trillion in assets—were forced to allocate SpaceX at the close.

Jefferies estimated passive funds needed to buy nearly $3 billion worth of SpaceX stock.

$3 billion. Forced buying. A clear signal.

Retail investors knew it perfectly well: today was the day to offload.

So they silently reached a consensus: hold steady during the day, push the stock price higher, and when the Russell funds come in to buy at the close, dump their shares at the high—a perfect exit.

The plan was flawless. Everyone was waiting to be the "smart one" who sells shares to the bag holder.

Then, human fragility was fully exposed during the session.

Around midday, someone holding shares broke first. Maybe they wanted to front-run, maybe they feared too much selling pressure at the close—they started selling early.

That sell-off cracked the price.

Then came the chain reaction.

The supposed "united front" of retail investors collapsed instantly. Seeing the price drop, more and more people panicked—what if the Russell funds can't push it back up at the close? What if everyone else runs and I'm left behind?

One by one, retail investors tore up the "pact," rushing to dump their shares at midday. You dump, I dump, and the price was hammered down.

Before tens of billions of good news even materialized, the stock price had already surrendered.

Funny?

Ironic?

Then came the close. The tens of billions of passive Russell funds finally entered the market.

They didn't care about the price level, didn't care how much retail had sold—the rules forced them to buy, to take the shares.

So during the closing auction, the price was barely pulled back a little.

At the close, SpaceX ended up 0.15%, at $153.23, down 17.17% for the week.

Here's the saddest part:

Tens of billions of real money were forcibly shoved in, and it was only enough to fill the hole that retail had dug at midday.

As for selling at a high? Forget it.

The dream of dumping shares on the Russell funds was shattered.

After this battle, who won?

The Russell funds? They were forced to take shares, completed their task, and called it a day. They don't care about gains or losses.

The "traitor retail" who sold early? They sold at the midday low—they could have waited for a better price at the close, but their panic made them cut early, essentially stabbing themselves.

And the worst off are those who stubbornly held their shares, dreaming of a better tomorrow.

Today's farce of "retail betrayal, longs killing longs" has exposed one fatal signal:

Serious divergence has appeared among holders, and confidence is crumbling.

If even tens of billions of passive buying couldn't build consensus, what do you think will prop up the stock price during the days ahead, without Russell as a backstop?

Here's a painful truth:

"Passive capital entry is the most certain positive catalyst and also the best exit window. When even the most certain catalyst can't lift the stock price, all that's left is a race to see who runs faster."

Those who sold at midday today might just be the "smart ones who got a head start."

And you're still inside.

What awaits you are tomorrow, the day after, and countless future days with no billions of bag holders.

Finally, to answer your question:

Can today's closing volume reflect the true market absorption capacity?

Yes. And the answer is already written on the tape—

$3 billion of passive buying was only enough to erase the intraday loss.

That's not absorption capacity.

That's the last escape hatch. #0成本拿2股SK海力士 #美光市值超越Meta跻身全美前十 #TradFiCFD黄金大师赛 $BTC $ETH $SPCX

Recently, the three major U.S. stock indexes all fell, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average, S&P 500, and Nasdaq Composite dropping 0.36%, 0.66%, and 1.1%, respectively.
AI concept stocks performed poorly, with onsemi plummeting 18.82%, and Micron, Astera Labs, and others also seeing significant declines.
Among large-cap tech stocks, although Microsoft rose 1.14%, other companies such as Tesla and Google fell 1.11% and 1.41%, respectively.
Market panic increased, with the VIX fear index rising 8.91%.
QQQ is currently around $706.52, down about 1.35% intraday; NVDA is currently around $192.53, down about 1.96% intraday. Meanwhile, Reuters reported that Japan's AI-related memory stock Kioxia fell 12%, putting overall pressure on AI-related stocks.
The AI main theme hasn't ended, but capital is no longer blindly buying "all AI." The previously surging chips, memory, and computing power chains are now being tested by valuation and profit-taking pressure.
Going forward, it's more suitable to follow the AI spillover chain: robotics, AI hardware, data center power, liquid cooling, network equipment, edge AI, and industrial automation.
If NVDA fails to reclaim the $200 level for a long time, the secondary AI stocks will be more prone to catch-up declines.

Grayscale sucked in $113 million in one day, not from retail investors, but institutions grabbing an 'ETF that lays eggs'

Do you know what it means for $113 million to flow into an ETF in a single day?

On June 26, Grayscale's HYPE spot ETF (HYPG) had a net inflow of $113 million in a single day.

In less than a month since listing, cumulative net inflows have already reached $123 million.

At the same time, Bitwise's BHYP was bleeding — with a daily net outflow of $2.82 million.

The money didn't run away. The money is moving.

All flowing into Grayscale.

Why?

Because Grayscale did something that BTC and ETH spot ETFs have never done —

Staking.

Early on June 27, on-chain monitoring detected that Grayscale directly deposited 1.77 million HYPE (worth $114 million) into the staking contract.

What does this mean?

When you buy HYPG, you don't just get the price movement of HYPE.

You also earn staking rewards while lying down.

Grayscale official data shows that HYPE staking historical annualized yield is about 2.2%-2.3%. Currently, HYPG has 53.04% of its holdings staked. The management fee is only 0.29% — the lowest among all U.S. HYPE ETFs.

Net staking yield, about 1.53% in hand.

Sounds small?

But it's 'free'.

Buying a BTC ETF, you only get price movement. If the coin price doesn't rise, you lose management fees.

Buy HYPG, if the coin price stays flat, you're still earning coins.

An ETF that lays eggs.

Institutions aren't stupid.

$113 million rushing in one day is not about betting on how high HYPE will go.

They are here to get the dual exposure of 'spot + yield'.

Traditional ETFs only have price exposure — you profit when it goes up, lose when it goes down.

Staking ETFs add another layer: when the coin price drops, you accumulate coins; when it rises, you earn double.

What is this called in traditional finance?

'An asset with a built-in safety cushion'.

What do institutions fear most? Volatility. With staking yields, the holding cost is diluted, and volatility tolerance is directly raised.

This is not speculation, this is allocation.

BTC and ETH spot ETFs still cannot do this.

Why?

Because the underlying assets of ETFs must be 'pure' — you are buying price exposure, not on-chain yield. The SEC's compliance review of 'fund assets participating in on-chain protocols' has always been very strict.

But Grayscale has paved this path.

HYPG is the first product in the U.S. to embed on-chain staking yields into a spot ETF structure.

Once the door is opened, it cannot be closed.

Will 'spot + staking' become the standard configuration for the next generation of crypto ETFs?

My answer is:

It's not 'if', it's 'how soon'.

Look at the track — 21Shares' THYP fee is 0.30%, Bitwise's BHYP fee is 0.34%. All three are competing for the HYPE staking ETF track. Whoever gets it done first will eat the first wave of institutional allocation.

This time, Grayscale used the lowest fee of 0.29% plus the staking mechanism to suck in $113 million in one day.

The market votes with its feet.

Who's next? SOL? AVAX? Or some L1 that no one has noticed yet?

Whoever can first nail the 'spot + staking' ETF structure will eat the first bite of the next institutional bull market.

'Retail investors are still guessing tops and bottoms, while institutions are already buying assets that give birth to offspring.'

Do you think the ETF bull market was driven by BTC?

The next wave will be about tying institutions down with 'staking yields'.

One last question for you:

If SOL or AVAX also came out with a staking ETF, would you buy it? #0成本拿2股SK海力士 #美光市值超越Meta跻身全美前十 $BTC $ETH $HYPE

If a rate hike in 2026 is inevitable, why hasn’t BTC dropped to $50k yet?

Because the market is pricing in one thing: when the other shoe will drop.

First, take a look at the current chart—it's grim.

BTC is barely holding on at the $60k level. In June alone, the total decline was over 28%, and the year’s high is nearly cut in half. The Fear & Greed Index has fallen to 13—extreme fear. On June 24 alone, Bitcoin ETFs saw net outflows of $469 million, and BlackRock’s IBIT accounted for $239 million of that alone.

Traders have already put 100% of their bets on at least two rate hikes before Q1 2027.

Everyone is fleeing.

But here’s the question—

If the market has already fully priced in the expectation of “one rate hike in 2026, unchanged in 2027,” why hasn’t BTC dropped to $50k?

The answer is simple: “rate hikes” themselves aren’t the scary part—the scary part is a rate hike that’s “out of expectations.”

Morgan Stanley has just handed us a “script.”

On June 27, Morgan Stanley issued a report: it maintained its forecast of no rate hikes this year, but planted two major warnings—if the unemployment rate falls to below 4%, or if inflation stays persistently high, the Federal Reserve may be forced to raise rates.

Chief economist Michael Gapen’s exact words were: “Data since the June FOMC meeting leaves us ‘slightly more comfortable’ with no rate hikes.”

“Slighly” + “more comfortable”—just think about how awkward those two words sound together.

Meanwhile, Neel Kashkari, president of the Minneapolis Fed, directly changed his tone: “In March, I predicted one rate cut before year-end; in June, I switched to one rate hike.”

The Fed’s dot plot shows the median interest rate for end-2026 revised up from 3.4% to 3.8%. Among 19 voting members, 9 predict a rate hike: 3 predict one hike, 5 predict two hikes, and 1 predicts three hikes.

The hawks have taken full control of the Fed.

But here’s the trap of an “expectations gap”—

Scenario A: Bad news is done, and you get a revenge rally

If over the coming months the unemployment rate rises moderately (but stays above 4%), the Fed would have reason to delay discussions about rate hikes.

So all this panic right now is just “sell the rumor.”

Once a rate hike is delayed or even canceled, that’s “buy the fact.”

In Q3, risk assets could see a wave of a revenge rally you can’t even imagine.

Scenario B: Death spiral, keep grinding lower

If the unemployment rate unexpectedly plunges, breaking below 4%—

Then the Fed has no reason at all to keep delaying.

Rate hikes come earlier, and the current $60k level is just a continuation leg down.

Every “bounce” you’re seeing right now is institutions distributing. BTC’s next target? $50k— or even $45k.

So what should you be watching right now?

Don’t just stare at CPI. PCE has already hit a three-year high—inflation is no longer news.

The most critical indicator now is: weekly initial jobless claims.

The unemployment rate has held at 4.3% for three straight months. There’s still 0.3 percentage points before the 4% warning line.

That 0.3% is the lifeline of the entire market.

Every Thursday at 8:30 PM, when the initial claims data is released—that’s the “judgment day” for crypto.

Good data (jobless claims fall) → rate hike expectations heat up → BTC drops.

Bad data (jobless claims rise) → rate hike expectations cool down → BTC bounces.

“Don’t fear the word ‘rate hike’—fear the ‘unexpected’ rate hike.

The market has already paid for ‘one rate hike,’

but it hasn’t yet paid for ‘two rate hikes.’”

For now, the market is still within an acceptable range. The dot plot’s implied 3.8% for end-2026 has already been fully priced in.

But if the unemployment rate falls below 4%, the dot plot would have to shift to 4.3% or even higher—that’s when the real “expectations gap” strike hits.

My strategy (purely for sharing, not advice):

Keep enough “ammunition” (cash) on hand. Don’t go all-in below $60k. If the unemployment data is “unexpectedly better,” BTC could still drop again.

Set an alarm for every Thursday at 8:30 PM. Initial jobless claims matter more than any candlestick chart.

Wait for the moment when the “other shoe drops.” The day a rate hike is actually announced could ironically be the safest time to buy the dip—because “the worst news” has turned into “known news.”

Remember:

The market isn’t afraid of bad news. It’s afraid of “not expecting it.”

Everyone is already expecting a rate hike.

But if the rate hike comes earlier and more aggressively than everyone imagines—

That’s when the real bloodbath begins.

One more thing: the U.S. dollar index has already surged to 101.8, and the correlation between Bitcoin and Treasury yields has collapsed to -0.72. The macro locomotive never looks at charts. #0成本拿2股SK海力士 #美光市值超越Meta跻身全美前十 #美国5月PCE通胀升至4.1%创三年新高 $ETH $SOL $BTC

DefiLlama data shows that the total market cap of stablecoins is approximately $314.469 billion, down about $730 million over the past 7 days, down 2.32% over the past 30 days, with USDT accounting for approximately 59.17%.
Stablecoins are the “ammunition depot” of the crypto market. Even if prices rebound but stablecoins don’t expand, it suggests more of a tug-of-war over existing positions rather than a large-scale influx of new funds.
Only if the total stablecoin supply turns back positive, and BTC stops breaking to new lows, could the move upgrade from a “dead cat bounce” into a “phase-long long setup window.”
If stablecoins keep shrinking, altcoins will be the most painful;
Mainstream coins may still get some support from ETFs and institutions, while altcoins can rely only on sentiment.
Can the total market cap of stablecoins grow again? Will on-chain stablecoin inflows on Solana, Base, Hyperliquid, and others recover?

Trading “pure speculation” as a concept has already caused aesthetic fatigue, and funds are now flocking toward more hardcore AI agents.
I just bought a bit of $NVDA 4200 (NVIDIA).
This project has nailed the US stock Degen theme alongside cutting-edge AI vision. The core product is a fully autonomous AI Agent that not only runs its own posts, but also “fires” to make trading decision—turning the old Lobstar logic into a fully upgraded, reworked version.
Not only is there this absolutely wild AI, the ecosystem also includes Meme trading tools with 10x leverage and brand games.
When AI evolves to the point where it no longer needs human involvement—going out to the market to fight, while also marketing itself—this narrative of infinite self-evolution has a space that’s honestly a bit frightening.
