81,500 didn’t break through—not because Bitcoin is weak
10 p.m. Beijing time, August 28, Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh took the podium and said a few words.
Four hours later, $2.3 trillion evaporated from global markets.
Bitcoin? It had just touched $81,455 before the speech—and was at $76,877 an hour later.
81,500 didn’t break through, not because Bitcoin is weak, but because Warsh said one thing—
“We still have work to do.”
In the Fed’s official language, this is the closest thing to “preparing to hike rates.”
September rate-hike probability: 35.4%→55.7%
All from a 30-minute speech.
The day before, the market was still betting on “holding rates steady.” After Warsh finished speaking, that probability jumped 20 percentage points.
Since taking office, he has consistently followed a “say less” approach: cutting forward guidance, shortening policy statements, and refusing to provide a rate path. The market had already grown accustomed to his ambiguity.
But this time, he wasn’t vague.
PCE inflation was 3.7% over 12 months and 4.1% annualized over six months—still miles away from 2%. Warsh said directly: We can’t wait.
An even harsher line: “I would have difficulty characterizing broad financial conditions as restrictive.”
Translated into plain English: Current interest-rate levels simply aren’t tight enough. There is still room to hike.
What does the market fear most? Not rate hikes, but uncertainty.
Give it a clear rate-hike path, and the market can price it in, hedge, and move on.
Give it nothing, and the market can only panic-sell.
What are we trading this year?
Last year, we were trading “rate-cut expectations.”
This year, we are trading “Will rate hikes come?”
The direction is different, but the core has never changed—macro narratives are always the primary driver of Bitcoin’s short-term volatility.
You can draw as many support levels as you want, study as many candlestick patterns as you want, and count as many waves as you want—
One sentence from Warsh can smash through them all.
The most ironic scene is unfolding
Spot Bitcoin ETFs have recorded net inflows for eight consecutive days, totaling $2.8 billion. Bitcoin ETF inflows surpassed $3 billion in August, making it the strongest month of 2026 so far.
The price? It fell from $81,455 to $76,877.
Institutions are scooping up coins while leveraged longs are being liquidated. Over the past 24 hours, $452 million was liquidated across the entire market, including $360 million in long positions.
Two things are happening simultaneously.
After Warsh weakened forward guidance, the market lost its anchor. From now on, every CPI report and every nonfarm payrolls report will trigger sharp volatility.#Gate7天净流入全球Top3 #BTC重返81000美元 #Strategy股价突破135美元 $BTC $ETH $SOL

Up 46% in August, with $1.2 billion flowing into ETFs over five days: SGP-0002 is igniting Solana’s “supply shock” narrative
SOL started August at around $73 and briefly broke above $110, gaining 46.9% for the month. This ended a record 10 consecutive months of declines.
Its strongest monthly performance since March 2024.
U.S. spot Solana ETFs saw net inflows for five consecutive days, totaling $1.22 billion. On August 24, daily inflows reached $33.5 million, the largest of 2026.
Bitwise’s BSOL surpassed $1 billion in assets under management, becoming the first Solana ETF to reach this milestone. It alone absorbed 80% of the entire Solana ETF market’s inflows.
Institutions are not testing the waters—they are buying aggressively.
But this is only half the story.
The other half is happening at the code level—SGP-0002.
On August 28, Solana validators passed the proposal with 67% support, raising the annual inflation reduction rate from 15% to 30%.
Over the next six years, SOL issuance will decrease by approximately 18.9 million tokens, worth around $1.4 billion to $1.5 billion. The timeline for reaching a final inflation rate of 1.5% will move forward from 2032 to 2029.
Supply is tightening while institutions are buying aggressively.
A supply-demand divergence is taking shape.
But don’t get excited too soon—
A reduction in supply does not necessarily mean the price will rise. On the day the proposal passed, SOL traded at around $105 and instead fell 1.2%. The market always prices things in ahead of time.
More importantly, validators’ staking yields are set to decline.
21Shares’ model shows that nominal staking yields will fall from approximately 5.25% to 4.34% in the first year, 3% in the second year, and 2.25% in the third year. Of the 738 validators, 2 will become unprofitable in the first year and 30 by the third year.
With validators earning less, will they still be willing to continue staking? Who will guarantee network security?
Solana company HSDT voted against it, arguing that predictable staking yields are necessary. The company earned $2.51 million from staking, and then its returns were suddenly cut—anyone would be upset.
SGP-0002 has put the “reduced supply” narrative on the table. ETF money is still flowing in. But whether the narrative can hold depends on whether the Solana ecosystem can make up for validators’ losses through transaction fees.
If it can, SOL’s scarcity narrative will come full circle.
If not, this will be yet another “buy the rumor, sell the news” story.#Gate7天净流入全球Top3 #Strategy股价突破135美元 #BTC重返81000美元 $BTC $ETH $SOL

Charles Schwab has moved ahead of all traditional brokerages with this move
In May, Charles Schwab launched spot BTC and ETH trading.
At the time, many people said: it was just a test.
Three months later, it announced the addition of SOL, AVAX, and LINK.
When Schwab launched BTC/ETH trading in May, its head of digital assets said it was about “giving clients the opportunity to access digital assets”—try it out, and if it doesn’t work, so be it.
In its August 27 announcement, it directly added SOL, AVAX, and LINK for trading.
SOL and AVAX are public Layer 1 smart-contract blockchains—Schwab has begun helping clients allocate to “ecosystem assets.” LINK is oracle infrastructure—even the underlying infrastructure of the crypto world is now being added to the allocation list.
From “buy a few coins for fun” to “allocate to an ecosystem.”
This isn’t just a numerical +3.
This is a generational leap in understanding.
On the day the news was announced, SOL rose 12.9%, LINK gained 5.5%, and AVAX climbed 3.6%. SOL briefly surged above $109, gaining more than 23% in a week.
Cumulative net inflows into U.S. spot Solana ETFs have surpassed $1.22 billion.
Charles Schwab is one of the largest discount brokerages in the world.
When a giant managing $13 trillion goes from “supporting only two” to “covering public blockchains and infrastructure” within three months—
Is this still just a test?
While Fidelity and Vanguard are still hesitating, Schwab has already pulled ahead
The Vanguard Group was still rejecting crypto products two years ago and has only just allowed clients to trade crypto ETFs. Fidelity is also making moves, but it is half a step slower.
Schwab launched BTC/ETH trading in May. By August, it had added SOL/AVAX/LINK.
While others are still studying “whether to enter the market,” Schwab is already thinking about “how to allocate across an ecosystem.”
That is the gap in strategic resolve.
Futu Securities said one thing: Global traditional finance’s allocation to crypto assets remains below 1%.
This move by Schwab shows that someone is acting on that remaining 99% of opportunity.
Schwab itself said it will continue adding more cryptocurrencies and digital assets in the future.
Schwab has opened the door—
Before the end of the year, you will see more traditional brokerages follow suit.
This is not a product announcement.
This is the starting gun.
Waller turned hawkish at Jackson Hole on Friday, Bitcoin fell below $80k, and the broader market was shaken.
But you can see the direction.
When an institution managing $13 trillion goes from “two” to “public blockchains and infrastructure” in three months—
It is not here to speculate.
It is here to position itself. #Gate7天净流入全球Top3 #BTC重返81000美元 #Strategy股价突破135美元 $BTC $ETH $SOL

Tom Lee’s Fundstrat $GRNY latest portfolio changes, deploying $200 million into SpaceX and Micron:
Reduced
1. Meta $META
fully exited. After short-term theme rotation, it no longer captures enough Granny themes simultaneously; social advertising and large-cap technology concentration is too high, making room in the portfolio for semiconductors, aerospace, and industrials.
2. Broadcom $AVGO
fully exited. The AI ASIC and networking chip thesis remains intact, but valuation and positioning have become crowded. It was removed as the style shifted from value-oriented quality to growth-oriented quality, with capital redirected to memory, Intel, and data center power.
3. American Express $AXP
fully exited. Consumer finance still offers some elasticity, but it is less aligned with the current factors than the semiconductor cycle, automation, and defense themes; the overall financials weighting needs to decline.
4. Air Products and Chemicals $APD
fully exited. Industrial gases are defensive and lack sufficient growth elasticity. After the short-term theme rotation, its theme score fell below the threshold, with hydrogen and industrial gases giving way to copper mining and power equipment.
5. Northrop Grumman $NOC
fully exited. The defense-budget thesis remains intact, but the rebalancing retains only Lockheed Martin as the defense holding most aligned with the thematic portfolio. Northrop was replaced with LMT to avoid duplication within defense.
6. Texas Pacific Land $TPL
fully exited. Land royalties and water rights are sensitive to resources and interest rates. The energy weighting needs to decline, and West Texas land is less suitable for the portfolio framework than midstream energy company ONEOK and utility Vistra.
7. PNC Financial $PNC
fully exited. Regional banks benefit from interest rates and credit, but financials need to give weight to technology and industrials, while the regional banking theme score is insufficient.
Increased
8. Space Exploration $SPCX
new purchase of $100 million. Starlink, launches, and space infrastructure have effectively become investable large-cap exposure, capturing energy and cybersecurity, the global labor shortage, and strategic communications. It is the most distinctive new position in this round.
9. Micron Technology $MU
new purchase of $100 million. AI servers have made HBM and high-bandwidth memory bottlenecks. Micron simultaneously captures the semiconductor cycle, automation, and style/seasonality factors, and its risk-reward improved after the stock pulled back from its highs.
10. Intel $INTC
new position. Foundry reshoring, advanced packaging, and government subsidies reconnect Intel with PMI recovery, automation, and labor-shortage themes, making it the most direct large-cap exposure to “Made-in-America semiconductors.”
11. Lockheed Martin $LMT
new position. Replacing Northrop, it concentrates defense spending, missile defense, and aerospace exposure in a single holding. Amid geopolitical uncertainty, its cash flow and order visibility are more stable than those of pure-growth technology companies.
12. Vertiv $VRT
new position. Data center liquid cooling, power, and thermal management are the most essential “utilities” of AI infrastructure. It also benefits from automation and power capital spending, making it scarcer than buying another crowded chip designer.
13. Freeport-McMoRan $FCX
new position. Copper is a common raw material for power grids, electrification, and data centers. Combined with a style tilt and PMI recovery, it adds cyclical elasticity to the portfolio and hedges against a pullback in pure technology holdings.
14. MicroStrategy $MSTR
continues to be held. It has the purest Bitcoin balance sheet among public companies. Digital assets and technology themes remain within the framework, and after equal-weight rebalancing it remains near the portfolio’s largest position.
15. Robinhood $HOOD
continues to be held. Retail trading, crypto, and prediction-market platforms benefit from capital-market activity and the financial behavior of younger generations, making it the growth-oriented holding retained within financials.
16. Cadence Design Systems $CDNS
continues to be held. Chip and system-level design software becomes increasingly indispensable as AI chips grow more complex, making it one of the most stable “picks-and-shovels” plays.
17. Fortinet $ANET
continues to be held. Data center switches are the blood vessels of AI clusters, and the traffic and 800G upgrade cycle is not yet complete. The Ethernet market-share thesis remains intact.
18. ServiceNow $NOW
continues to be held. It represents the software layer for enterprise workflows and AI-agent adoption, as well as a software expression of the automation theme. Its renewal rate is high and it is not fully synchronized with the hardware cycle.
19. Palantir $PLTR
continues to be held. Its government and commercial data analytics and AI platform scores on both security and automation, so it remains under the growth-quality style.
20. Oracle $ORCL
continues to be held. Its cloud infrastructure and database business are tied to large-model training and inference contracts, making it the traditional software company that most resembles AI infrastructure.
21. Nvidia $NVDA
continues to be held. Pricing power in AI computing remains intact. The portfolio will not abandon its core computing stock simply because positioning is crowded; however, because of equal weighting, it is not an outsized anchor like it would be in a market-cap-weighted portfolio.
22. Microsoft $MSFT
continues to be held. Cloud, the OpenAI ecosystem, and enterprise software subscriptions support both the quality factor and the long-term digitization theme.
23. Deere $DE
continues to be held. Smart agricultural machinery, precision agriculture, and the global labor shortage, through machine substitution for workers, provide exposure to equipment and automation within industrials.
24. Tesla $TSLA
continues to be held. Electric vehicles, energy storage, robotics, and autonomous driving capture all three themes: energy, automation, and labor.
25. Union Pacific $UNP
continues to be held. North American rail volumes should recover alongside industrial activity, making it a transportation backbone under the PMI theme with stable cash flow.
26. Goldman Sachs $GS
continues to be held. Investment banking and trading are sensitive to capital-market activity, making it the wholesale, capital-markets-oriented financial holding retained in the portfolio.
27. AMD $AMD
continues to be held. Its GPU and CPU businesses are competing for AI inference share, balancing Nvidia exposure within computing and avoiding reliance on a single AI supplier.
28. Bank of New York Mellon $BNY
continues to be held. Its custody and asset-servicing businesses benefit from growth in market assets, giving it stronger financial-infrastructure characteristics than exposure to the credit cycle.
29. UnitedHealth Group $UNH
continues to be held. Its scale advantages in health insurance and managed care make it the anchor holding in healthcare. The quality factor needs this position.
30. Caterpillar $CAT
continues to be held. Construction machinery, power generation, and mining equipment provide simultaneous exposure to infrastructure, energy, and industrial capital spending.
31. Philip Morris $PM
continues to be held. The global penetration of reduced-risk products such as heated tobacco provides one of the few growth stories in consumer staples: defensive, but not stagnant.
32. JPMorgan Chase $JPM
continues to be held. It combines strong earnings quality with trading revenue among universal banks. Even after the financials sector contracts, a leading institution remains in the portfolio.
33. Costco $COST
continues to be held. Membership retail is resilient across cycles and can capture both trading down and trading up, making it the consumer anchor of the quality allocation.
34. Vistra $VST
continues to be held. As an independent power producer, it directly benefits from data center power shortages and is the utility holding that most resembles a growth stock.
35. Netflix $NFLX
continues to be held. Streaming pricing power and its advertising tier remain aligned with the long-term behavioral-change theme.
36. Alphabet $GOOGL
continues to be held. Its search cash cow, cloud business, and Gemini keep it positioned as a distribution gateway for AI applications. Among big tech, Google remains while Meta is removed.
37. Eaton $ETN
continues to be held. Electrical equipment, power grids, and data center power distribution form the power chain alongside Vertiv and Quanta.
38. CF Industries $CF
continues to be held. Nitrogen fertilizer and industrial chemicals provide materials exposure and cyclical elasticity beyond agricultural products and industrial gases, representing a PMI- and inflation-sensitive commodities position.
39. Apple $AAPL
continues to be held. Its hardware ecosystem, services profits, and end-device AI gateway make it indispensable as a large-cap quality core holding.
40. KLA $KLAC
continues to be held. Semiconductor process-control equipment is essential to wafer-fab capital spending and advanced-node yields, making it a high-quality equipment stock.
41. ONEOK $OKE
continues to be held. Its natural gas liquids midstream network shifts energy exposure away from upstream land rights toward midstream assets that collect toll-like fees.
42. Monster Beverage $MNST
continues to be held. Its global distribution of energy drinks makes it a growth-oriented brand in consumer staples.
43. GE Vernova $GEV
continues to be held. Gas turbines, power grids, and wind power are supported by data centers and grid upgrades driving power-generation equipment orders.
44. GE Aerospace $GE
continues to be held. Aircraft engines and aftermarket services benefit from the recovery in commercial aviation as well as defense, making it a quality industrial holding.
45. Amazon $AMZN
continues to be held. Retail operating leverage and AWS cloud form a dual engine spanning retail and AI infrastructure.
46. Packaging Corporation of America $PKG
continues to be held. Paper packaging moves in tandem with industrial demand, placing it at the intersection of materials and cyclical recovery.
47. TJX Companies $TJX
continues to be held. Discount retail is gaining share as consumer segments diverge, making it a defensive growth name within discretionary consumer spending.
48. Quanta Services $PWR
continues to be held. Grid upgrades, renewable interconnection, and data center electrical engineering provide long order visibility.
49. Eli Lilly $LLY
continues to be held. Weight-loss drugs and its metabolic pipeline remain the strongest growth engine in global pharmaceuticals, making it the sole healthcare growth holding.

Global markets wipe out $2.3 trillion: What exactly did Warsh say?
10 p.m. Beijing time on August 28, Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh stepped up to the podium and said a few words.
Four hours later, $2.3 trillion had evaporated from global markets.
Gold: It briefly climbed above $4,620 intraday, then plunged in a straight line after Warsh began speaking, with spot gold tumbling directly from its intraday high of $4,631 to $4,456. It plunged more than $160, down 3.14%. New York gold futures fell $159.9 to close at $4,504.
Bitcoin: It had just touched $81,455 before the speech, then fell to $76,877 an hour later. It dropped nearly 5% in 24 hours. More than $300 million in leveraged positions across the market evaporated overnight, including over $107 million in BTC long liquidations.
U.S. stocks: The Nasdaq closed down 0.5%, while the S&P 500 fell 0.25%.
Rate-hike probability: It was only 35% the previous day, then shot directly to 57.4%–58% after Warsh finished speaking. It jumped 25 percentage points overnight.
Two-year U.S. Treasury yield: It jumped 11.8 basis points to a one-month high.
Dollar index: It surged more than 0.6%.
What exactly did he say?
The remarks were not long, but every sentence cut like a knife.
“We must be confident that underlying inflation is moving toward the 2% target at a sufficiently rapid pace. Otherwise, we still have work to do.”
“We still have work to do”—in the Fed’s official language, this is the closest thing to saying “we are preparing to raise rates.”
There was another, even harsher line:
“I would have difficulty characterizing broad financial conditions as restrictive.”
In plain English: Current interest rates are nowhere near tight enough. There is still room for more hikes.
Why was the market reaction so explosive?
First, this was Warsh’s strongest hawkish statement since taking office 100 days ago.
Since taking office, he had consistently followed a “say less” approach, cutting forward guidance, shortening policy statements, and refusing to provide a rate path. The market had grown accustomed to his ambiguity.
But this time, he was not ambiguous.
Basic inflation indicators have not improved: PCE inflation was 3.7% year over year (12-month basis) and 4.1% annualized over six months—still nowhere near 2%. Warsh said directly: We cannot wait.
Second, his implicit message was more frightening than his explicit words.
“Financial conditions are not restrictive”—this means the Fed itself believes there is still room to raise rates. The market had previously priced in that “rates are already high enough,” but Warsh now said they were “not enough.”
Third, he closed off every escape route.
Warsh explicitly refused to provide forward guidance, refused to give a “reaction function,” and refused to tell the market “under what conditions rates would be raised and under what conditions they would not.”
What does the market fear most? Not rate hikes, but uncertainty.
Give it a clear rate-hike path, and the market can price it in, hedge, and get out.
Give it nothing, and the market can only panic-sell.
From 35% to 58%—all it took was a 30-minute speech
That is the power of Jackson Hole.
It also reminds us of one thing:
In the face of macro forces, all technical analysis is child's play.
Draw as many support levels as you want, study as many candlestick patterns as you can, count as many waves as you like—

Nvidia Breaks Below a Key Level!
1. Nvidia $NVDA
Bearish rumors are everywhere, and nobody is buying the denials! The stock surged from 227 before plunging to 217, making the chart look extremely ugly. Next week, the gap at 210 below will act like a magnet, pulling the stock downward. It will most likely test support at 212 or even the 208 100-day moving average. Don’t rush to buy the dip without major positive news!
2. Broadcom $AVGO
An excellent short target! As long as the stock remains firmly below 370, the 200-day moving average, it’s practically free money. There is a perfect gap at 356 waiting to be filled below. Use 370 as a strict stop-loss level. The risk-reward ratio is exceptionally high, with a direct downside target in the 356–360 range.
3. AMD $AMD
The bulls have completely run out of steam! The stock originally tried to rally on Nvidia’s earnings report, but no one followed. It has now fallen back below the key 470 level. The trend has deteriorated severely, and the stock will most likely continue grinding lower to retest the 100-day moving average.
4. Semiconductor Index ETF $SMH
The ultimate warning for the entire chip sector! SMH has been grinding lower below its 100-day moving average, with sellers beginning to take full control. If these major leaders continue to plunge, the entire semiconductor sector could face a major sell-off next week!

Everyone is talking about $100K, but I don't see it happening this year.
$BTC has already had a solid move higher, and expecting another massive leg without enough time for consolidation feels premature.
My base case is that $100K comes later, potentially around late Q2 next year.
No need to chase the target.

TRUMP at $2.8—are you chasing it?
First, look at the surface: up 160% in 10 days, with retail investors frantically chasing the rally and shouting, “Trump is bullish.”
It bottomed at 1.37 on August 13, then surged violently, reaching a high of 3.6 within 10 days—a 170% gain. The White House Crypto Summit, mentions of the CLARITY Act, and “new coin” rumors ignited FOMO.
RSI is overbought, CCI is elevated, and trading volume has expanded abnormally—a high-level consolidation following an overheated rebound.
First: the “new coin” rumor pumped the price, then the rumor was debunked and insiders dumped—the script is all too familiar.
One account spread the word that “Trump is going to launch a new coin.” The spot price shot directly from 1.4 to 3.6, and retail investors rushed in on FOMO. Eric Trump then clarified that there was no new coin and that the alleged launch was a scam. The price promptly fell back.
Rumor-driven pump, debunking, and dumping—this assembly line has run countless times on this coin. While retail investors are still charging in shouting, “Trump is bullish,” wallets linked to insiders have already transferred tokens to OK and cashed out millions of dollars.
Second: the White House meeting is real, but a “meeting” does not equal a “pump.”
Trump met crypto executives at the White House and urged Congress to advance the market structure bill, reigniting the “pro-crypto president” narrative. This is indeed bullish. The bullish news has been priced in—what comes next?
The CLARITY Act represents procedural progress, not implementation. If there is progress in mid-September, it may trigger another emotional pulse, but selling will most likely resume after that pulse. What meme coins fear most is not a lack of buyers, but insiders selling while you rush in.
Third: a signal has appeared on the technical chart that must be taken seriously.
The 170% gain from 1.37 to 3.6 in 10 days resulted from the convergence of three factors: an oversold rebound, a short squeeze, and rumors—not a healthy trend. The current decline from 3.6 to 2.8 is a “secondary rebound after a spike,” not a “continuation of the main uptrend.”
Bulls vs. bears—see for yourself
On one side:
The White House has personally endorsed it, reigniting the political narrative
A violent rebound from 1.37 has turned the trend bullish
BTC has held above 80k, and risk appetite is recovering
Spot ETFs have recorded consecutive net inflows, improving liquidity
On the other side:
A 170% gain in 10 days, leaving the market technically severely overheated
Wallets linked to insiders are continuously selling, with 900k tokens unlocked daily
There is another large unlock of 28.7 million tokens on September 18
Approximately 98% of buyers are still underwater, creating huge overhead selling pressure
Resistance above: 2.90-2.96 → 3.20-3.25 → 3.55-3.77
Support below: 2.50-2.55 (lifeline) → 2.20-2.25 (20-week EMA) → 2.05 (breakdown and weakening) → 1.37-1.50 (deep-drop zone)
Scenario A: Buy the retest
Wait for 2.52-2.58 to stabilize on declining volume before entering, with a stop-loss at 2.45 and targets of 3.05-3.20. Alternatively, chase a breakout after it holds above 2.96 on increased volume, with a stop-loss at 2.78 and targets of 3.20/3.55.
Scenario B: Short at high levels
If long upper wicks, volume-price divergence, and rising funding rates appear around 2.88-2.96, consider a small short, with targets of 2.55/2.22 and a stop-loss at 3.05. Shorts must be especially wary of a short squeeze caused by a dovish speech and another BTC rally; the position must be smaller than a long position.
Scenario C: Stay on the sidelines
If 2.50 breaks and the price fails to reclaim it on the 1H timeframe, stay flat for now. The next level to watch is 2.21. Only reassess the bullish case if it holds; a break below 2.05 would end the rebound structure from 1.37.
Trading strategy
Position-sizing rules:
This is a high-volatility political meme coin; use only 3-5x leverage for perpetuals
Keep the risk on each trade to 1%-2% of principal
Do not hold a large position overnight to gamble on the speech; reduce exposure before and after Warsh’s remarks
“Hold and do nothing” has a negative expected value on this coin. The strategy must be swing trading, not faith.
From 75 down to 1.37, then from 1.37 back up to 2.8, its essence has not changed: it is still an attention asset and an unlock machine.
Much of the trading volume you see at 2.8 comes from leveraged gamblers and insiders changing hands with counterparties. You can trade the short-term volatility, but in the medium to long term, do not use a spot-investor mindset to “buy the dip and wait for a doubling.”
You are watching the rebound; the team is watching your buy order.

Do you want to add to your SOL position at $104?
First, look at the surface: it surged and pulled back, and retail investors are starting to panic.
Yesterday it touched 110.6, then today it was slammed straight back to 105, forming a long upper wick on the daily chart. SOL rose from 70 to 110 in August, gaining 43%, with almost no meaningful pullback along the way. The candlesticks tell you this: RSI hit 80+ yesterday, seriously overbought, so today’s retracement was inevitable. Profit-taking is happening, but the trend is not broken.
First point: Can’t it break through 110? Look at how it got from 70 to 110.
SOL ETF inflows totaled $75 million this week, with August’s cumulative inflows exceeding $113 million and cumulative net inflows at approximately $1.25 billion. Morgan Stanley’s MSOL, Bitwise’s BSOL, and VanEck’s VSOL are all buying. Charles Schwab just announced that it would add SOL to its retail crypto trading platform—this is the second institutional-grade capital gateway after ETFs.
SIMD-550/SIMD-553 governance vote: annual issuance reduction raised from 15% to 30%, with a significant increase in fee burns.
Second point: On-chain data is scorching hot, but the price hasn’t caught up.
Transaction volume hit a record 4.2 billion transactions in July, RWA approached $4 billion, and stablecoin supply stood at $15-16 billion. Daily DEX trading volume is often around $2-3.5 billion, and the application layer is still making money—it’s not pure air.
SOL’s 43% August gain was not driven by retail FOMO; it was bought with real money through ETFs.
On-chain activity is at an all-time high. It’s not “people only use it after it rises”; people have been using it all along.
Compared with the 2025 high of 294, 105 is still halfway up the mountain.
Third point: Jackson Hole tonight is the biggest variable, but don’t let the noise lead you astray.
The window for Warsh’s Friday speech is today, and the market is betting on two things at once: the tone on interest rates and the wording on stablecoins/tokenization. Any hawkish remarks will hit high-beta SOL first.
You can judge the bull-bear battle for yourself.
On one side:
SOL gained 43% in August, ETF cumulative inflows reached $1.25 billion, and institutional funds continue to pour in.
The deflationary vote is advancing, tightening supply + 70% staking, leaving the circulating supply very tight.
On-chain transaction volume, RWA, and stablecoins have all hit records.
The addition to Charles Schwab further broadens institutional access.
On the other side:
Daily RSI reached 80+, seriously overbought and in need of digestion.
110 failed three times, making the short-term supply zone clear.
If Jackson Hole is hawkish, high-beta assets will be hit first.
If BTC is unstable, SOL will fall even harder.
Resistance above: 107-108 → 110/110.6 (critical line) → 118-122 → 123-128
Support below: 100-102 (psychological level) → 96-98 (main uptrend reload zone) → 91-94
Trading strategy
For short-term traders:
Plan A (conservative): Don’t chase at 105. Go lightly long if the pullback stabilizes at 100-102, targeting 108-110. Add more on a deeper pullback to 96-98, targeting 110→118. Stop-loss below 95.5.
Plan B (aggressive, suitable for those with an existing position): If there is clear support at 105-106 (a long lower wick + close back above 106.5), trade the rebound toward 108.5-110, with a stop-loss at 104.2. However, reduce your position at 110.
How should bears trade?
If a rebound to 109.5-110.6 shows a clear upper wick, rising volume, and stalled gains, short for a move back to 105/102. Alternatively, short after a 4H candle closes below 100, targeting 96.
For medium-term traders:
Hold 100, buy 96-98, sell at 110. Chase 118-128 only after a confirmed break and hold above 110.
This August move in SOL was driven by ETFs + brokerage access + supply reform + on-chain activity—not pure air.
The medium-term outlook remains bullish, with 118-128 as the next observation zone.
The best approach is not to chase long at 105, but to:
Hold 100, buy 96-98; sell at 110; chase only after a break above 110.
Jackson Hole tonight is a catalyst, not the underlying value itself. Before the speech is delivered, it’s better to keep your position small rather than fully invested.

At 22:00 tonight, Fed Chair Warsh will deliver his first keynote speech at the Jackson Hole global central bank symposium since taking office. The key issues to watch are whether he will clarify the policy reaction function this time, under what circumstances inflation would trigger a rate hike, how the Fed views current PCE inflation, and whether the surge in long-end yields has already done part of the policy’s work
The market widely expects Warsh’s speech to maintain his usual ambiguous style and provide no clear interest-rate signal. Since taking office, he has deliberately downplayed forward guidance, shortened statements, and scrapped the dot plot. The ambiguous wording after the July meeting already triggered a round of selling in long-term bonds, so the style of this speech itself will be traded
If Warsh avoids recent policy issues and discusses only long-term structural topics—in other words, continues to avoid specific conditions, focuses on broader themes such as productivity, demographics, AI-driven disinflation, Fed reform, and communication mechanisms, and provides no forward guidance—then the speech will be ambiguous in style. The market reaction would likely be continued selling of long-term bonds, with the long end rising more than the short end, resulting in an overall dovish outcome
If Warsh clearly explains the reaction function and reiterates that rate hikes remain an option when necessary—in other words, if inflation becomes sticky again or rebounds, the Fed is prepared to resume hiking—this would inevitably raise September FOMC rate-hike pricing, help the dollar recover part of its losses, and allow long-end U.S. Treasuries to stabilize or even find support from buying
Therefore, the key focus for tonight’s market action is the speech a few minutes from now, which will affect expectations for the September rate decision and market trading ahead of the meeting.

$BTC is still stuck inside the same channel, but the reaction from support gives bulls something to work with.
The bigger move hasn’t started yet. If support keeps holding, Bitcoin can still push toward the top of the channel.
But momentum has clearly slowed down, and that’s the part I’m watching closely.
A clean break above resistance could bring the next move fast. Lose support, and this setup changes completely.

$NVDA For every 1 dollar earned, 50 cents flows into these 10 stocks:
1. TSMC $TSM
For every 1 dollar Nvidia earns, approximately 0.12–0.15 flows to TSMC.
The chips must be manufactured on TSMC’s production lines. Advanced processes and CoWoS are both bottlenecked here. Without TSMC, everything downstream comes to a halt. It is the most tightly tied in and the steadiest beneficiary.
2. Super Micro Computer $SMCI
For every 1 dollar earned, the complete-server stage accounts for approximately 0.08–0.12 in business, with Super Micro Computer taking a share.
Nvidia sells chips, but customers buy entire racks. Assembly, testing, and delivery all fall on server manufacturers. When chip sales rise, rack orders rise as well.
3. Micron $MU
For every 1 dollar earned, approximately 0.05–0.08 flows to Micron.
In a high-end GPU, HBM has become too expensive to ignore. Only three companies worldwide can produce it, and Micron takes a share. The stronger GPU sales are, the higher the memory bill.
4. Broadcom $AVGO
For every 1 dollar earned, approximately 0.04–0.06 flows to Broadcom through networking chips.
Turning thousands of GPUs into a single supercomputer requires switching and networking silicon. Customers often pay for it separately, but without this layer, Nvidia’s cards cannot be assembled into a cluster.
5. Vertiv $VRT
For every 1 dollar earned, approximately 0.03–0.04 flows to companies like Vertiv through power and liquid cooling.
The more expensive GPUs are, the more power they consume and the more they fear heat. Without power delivery and liquid cooling, a rack is just scrap metal. The more Nvidia ships, the more power and cooling each data center needs.
6. SanDisk $SNDK
For every 1 dollar earned, approximately 0.02–0.03 flows to SanDisk.
The more cards are sold, the more storage a cluster needs. Each individual order is not as large as those of TSMC or Micron, but it follows volume.
7. Marvell Technology $MRVL
For every 1 dollar earned, approximately 0.02–0.03 flows to Marvell Technology.
Once its design gets into a rack, it must be purchased again for every rack shipped afterward. Nvidia’s growth will compound downstream through interconnect chips.
8. Vistra $VST
For every 1 dollar earned, the power layer represents an estimated long-term bill of 0.02–0.04, with Vistra benefiting from power generation and data center electricity supply.
This money usually does not appear on Nvidia’s purchase orders. It goes toward electricity bills and power-plant investments. The more cards are sold, the tighter power becomes and the more valuable power generators become.
9. Credo $CRDO
For every 1 dollar earned, approximately 0.01–0.02 flows to Credo through high-speed connectivity.
No matter how powerful a GPU is, without connectivity it is just an isolated island. Every additional rack means another round of connectivity components sold. Each individual order is not large, but it is tightly linked to shipment volume.
10. Applied Optoelectronics $AAOI
For every 1 dollar Nvidia earns, approximately 0.01–0.02 flows to companies like Applied Optoelectronics through optical modules.
Moving data between GPUs relies on 800G optical modules. The more cards there are, the tighter the demand for optical ports. They earn from the cost of moving data within the cluster.
