Today’s Market Update （1）
Let’s start with on-chain data. The on-chain model is still maintaining a bullish bias (Figure 1: above the zero line in the upper chart, and a score >=4 in the lower chart).
At the same time, short-term traders continued to capitulate and sell yesterday. Historically, the pattern remains the same: in a bull market, areas where short-term traders panic-sell are buying opportunities (Figure 2).
From a broader structural perspective, price is still within a range, and yesterday’s low happened to be at the level where the lower boundary of the range was reclaimed.

Bitcoin is back above $82,000, but institutions are still pulling money out.
US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded -$729 MILLION in outflows in just 2 days, including -$484.9 million on October 7th and -$244.1 million on October 8th.
At the same time, ~$1 billion in leveraged crypto positions were liquidated during this week's sell-off.
