#BTC Market Cap Hits ATH Analyst Peter Brandt, who has been in the market for 50 years, announced what he expects after the record in Bitcoin: He provided price and date for the peak!
Some analysts, well-known in the cryptocurrency market, shared their new predictions following the rise in Bitcoin prices.
The world's largest cryptocurrency Bitcoin reached a record high of 109,358 dollars, surpassing the all-time high (ATH), while two prominent figures in the market made noteworthy statements.
Experienced commodity trader and economist Peter Brandt and crypto analyst il Capo of Crypto evaluated the rise from different perspectives.
Peter Brandt, who has been following the Bitcoin markets for a long time, stated that the ATH level should not be technically exaggerated and expressed that the rise is a natural process.
According to Brandt, new records should not be overstated from a technical perspective because the definition of bull markets is already to continuously create new peaks. Brandt predicts that Bitcoin could rise to a range of $125,000 to $150,000 by the end of August and reach its peak.
On the other hand, the analyst known by the nickname “il Capo of Crypto” is displaying a more cautious approach in the crypto markets. According to the analyst, the current rise is not strong enough to change the long-term trend, and these levels could be a local peak. The analyst states that he has realized some of his profits and has opened short positions in both Bitcoin and leading altcoins. Furthermore, he plans to increase his altcoin shorts in case more bearish signals come regarding the market direction.
The Chief stated that his views on the BTC record have not changed and that he believes the rise is a bull trap.
