Looking back at last week's market action, it swung back and forth with plenty of ups and downs, making it easy to get swept up in the market. BTC and ETH moved back and forth repeatedly last week. Rather than betting on a big one-way move, I focused on short-term longs and shorts, capturing moves in both directions. I didn't chase sharp rallies or fear steep drops; I only took opportunities I understood. I entered at my levels and took profit at my targets, sticking strictly to my discipline.

It’s happening in batches, across multiple transactions, timed to catch rebounds: some wallets move spot holdings to exchanges first, while others reduce long positions and add hedges on the derivatives side. The pace isn’t especially aggressive, but the direction is consistent.
