Two Fed officials just came out advocating rate hikes, yet some investors are still rushing to buy the S&P. The pricing behind this rally seems to leave no room at all for “one more hike”—the market would rather believe rates have peaked, and is even pricing in easing ahead of time, than pay for protection against an additional hike.
