The “this” he referred to was the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act (CLARITY Act), which has been circulating in the U.S. Congress for more than a year. This bipartisan legislation, spanning more than 600 pages, aims to establish a unified federal regulatory framework for crypto assets. Senate Majority Leader John Thune has formally scheduled the cloture vote on the bill for September 15.
