When others are panicking, do you dare enter the market? It sounds simple, but doing it is a completely different matter.
My takeaway is that this only works if this position makes up a small enough share of your overall portfolio that a loss won’t affect your mindset. And in extreme, brutal market conditions like those, even if you know jumping in could mean catching a falling knife, you still have to force yourself to act; otherwise, emotionally, you just can’t get over that hurdle—seriously, it’s terrifying to watch.

The 1-hour and 4-hour trends are both weak, and the 1-hour volume ratio is 0.5219322466564954. At this price level, short-term oversold conditions are building, but the structure has not stopped weakening. I wouldn’t call oversold conditions a bottom.
