A sustained move back above the 50-period average and the upper Bollinger near 8.77 would be the first technical confirmation that buyers are responding to the initiation.
Bearish or cautious case is that initiation notes often produce a short-term reaction that fades if the underlying chart does not confirm. Price is still below the 50-period average and the recent range has been choppy. Without follow-through volume, the 129 yuan target remains a longer-term reference rather than a near-term catalyst.
I treat the capacity projection as the more important part of the note. Research ratings come and go; multi-year production growth, if executed, changes the earnings base. The chart is currently in a digestion phase, so the practical question is whether the new coverage can generate enough interest to push price back above the nearby moving averages.
