I said earlier this morning that a quick reclaim of 76550 would mean this selloff was just a fake breakdown to bait shorts.
The market played out as expected. When the Democrats took the House, BTC quickly dipped to 75736, briefly breaking key support as panic selling surged.

According to 21Shares, ETFs absorbed $6.2B while long-term holders reduced their positions by an estimated $17.4B.
That's the part most people are missing, guys.
Institutional demand is growing, but older holders are distributing faster than ETFs can absorb the supply. This looks like a major transfer of ownership, with short-term selling pressure as the market adjusts.
Until that supply imbalance closes, ETF inflows alone won't be enough to sustain a rally.
