The Gate Event Contracts Festival is now underway. November brings major market events, including the U.S. midterm elections, earnings reports from major technology companies, and data releases, amid heightened volatility in global financial markets. During the event, users who trade Event Contracts and complete tasks such as placing their first order, inviting friends, or meeting trading targets can share an 80,000 USDT prize pool under the event rules.
What are Event Contracts?
Event Contracts are a trading product based on predicting price direction. To trade, predict whether the underlying price will rise or fall over a short period, such as the next 5 or 15 minutes, select Bullish or Bearish, enter an amount, and submit your order.

Reward 1: Share a 5,000 USDT Prize Pool for First-Order Loss Coverage
During the event, the first 1,000 users who incur a loss on their account's first trade will receive 1:1 compensation. Compensation is based on the actual loss incurred and is awarded in order of trade execution, up to 5 USDT per user.
Reward 2: Share a 20,000 USDT Prize Pool by Inviting Friends
During the event, referrers will receive 2 USDT for each friend who signs up through their exclusive invitation link and completes their first Event Contracts trade, up to 20 USDT per referrer. The total reward pool is 10,000 USDT, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
During the event, referrers will receive 5 USDT for each invited friend who reaches a cumulative trading volume of at least 1,000 USDT. Rewards can accumulate across multiple qualifying friends, up to 50 USDT per referrer. The total reward pool is 10,000 USDT, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reward 3: Trade to Earn Up to 150 USDT
During the event, users can claim rewards based on their daily cumulative Event Contracts trading volume:
Tier A: Daily cumulative trading volume ≥ 500 USDT; daily reward: 2.5 USDT
Tier B: Daily cumulative trading volume ≥ 2,000 USDT; daily reward: 10 USDT
Rules:
Users may receive rewards from only one tier. Tier rewards cannot be combined.
To receive rewards, users must meet the requirements for either tier on at least 3 days during the event.
Reach Tier B every day throughout the event to claim up to 150 USDT.
Reward 4: Peak Trading Competition
Event 1: Share a Prize Pool Based on Trading Volume
During the event, users with a cumulative trading volume of ≥ 30,000 USDT will share a dedicated 30,000 USDT prize pool. Each user's share is based on their trading volume as a proportion of the total trading volume of all eligible users. Rewards are capped at 300 USDT per user.
Event 2: Peak Leaderboard
During the event, users with a cumulative trading volume of ≥ 200,000 USDT will share the following rewards based on their trading volume rankings:

Reward Claim Instructions:
Reward 1 (First-Order Loss Coverage) and Reward 2 (Invite Friends) can be claimed together with either Reward 3 or Reward 4. Rewards 3 and 4 are mutually exclusive.
After the event ends, the system will automatically compare the rewards each user is eligible for and distribute only the highest-value reward tier. Multiple reward tiers cannot be claimed simultaneously.

All participants must complete identity verification before claiming rewards.
Only data recorded from registration until the end of the event will count.
Event rewards are distributed as Event Contracts Vouchers. Vouchers can be used for Event Contracts trading at a 1:1 ratio to their face value in USDT. Permitted uses and validity periods are subject to the official Voucher Instructions.
Vouchers may only be used to open Event Contracts positions through [Vouchers] or the [Event Contracts Trading Page], on the web or in the app. Vouchers cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for other assets.
Trades involving simultaneous bullish and bearish orders in the same market, wash trading, self-trading, the use of accounts created in bulk, or similar behavior will not count toward the event. Serious violations will result in disqualification from all event activities and recovery of rewards.
Stock Event Contracts trading requires app v8.36.0 or later and is already supported on the web. BTC Event Contracts have no additional version requirements.
Reward values displayed on the event page are estimated for reference only. Actual reward values are subject to official announcements and actual distribution results.
The prize pool is limited. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis until the pool is exhausted.
Event Contracts are innovative, high-risk trading products. Prices may fluctuate significantly. Users should understand the risks fully and participate with caution. Before using Event Contracts for the first time, users must read and acknowledge the relevant risk warnings and User Agreement.
