Fear & Greed is still stuck at 69, while DGB plunged nearly 20% overnight: I’m not catching this wick
Ridiculous—Fear & Greed is still stuck at 69, and $DGB plunged 18.037% overnight. I’m bearish on the daily chart; I won’t catch this wick, and any rebound is only a window to reduce positions.
Current price: 0.00358; 24h range: 0.00356–0.00451; volume ratio: 1.314. This is a high-volume selloff, not a low-volume grind down. The daily candle closed in the lower half of the Bollinger Bands, with bandwidth still at 20.4%.

CLARITY Act Stalls — Uncertainty Stays
The U.S. Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act, falling short of the 60 votes required.
BTC, ETH, SOL and $XRP came under pressure as markets reacted to the setback.
The bigger signal: stablecoin rules now have a federal framework, but broader crypto market structure remains unresolved.
Garlinghouse argues crypto can keep building without CLARITY.
Maybe. But institutional capital still needs regulatory visibility.
The bill is stalled.
The demand for clarity isn’t.

The same thing happened to me twice last week.😳
Is it really so popular now to not be in touch for years,
then just come right out and ask to borrow money?
A lot of people's money disappears little by little because they get scammed or lend it out. Everyone has their own path to walk.

China has won as Clarity Act is dead
Now, China will take total control of this major ‘happening’ because Trump wouldn’t sacrifice his personal financial interests.
Just kidding. Crypto probably moons anyway because Clarity act passing would just kill another sexy narrative for the future.

The long position from this trade has entered the profit-taking zone. +347.48% is not the end, but I’ll take some off first. This $USELESS move up from 0.20207 was driven by a retest confirmation after the breakout, not by chasing the rally. I’ll handle it with a 70/30 split: take 70% off the table first and watch the previous high with the remainder.

There was some shakeout action and wick spikes intraday, but the key level held, and buying support remained steady. I don’t use many indicators, focusing mainly on previous highs, previous lows, and volume-price action; moving averages are onl

$ETH ’s decline this time: I had positioned bearishly earlier and held until now. I’ve closed 80% of the short position first, with the remaining 20% following a protective stop. The setup was repeated resistance at the previous high and no-volume support on the pullback, so I dared to short along with the weakness.

During the holding period, each rebound was weaker than the last, with the moving averages weighing on price. I didn’t rush to add; I only confirmed after the breakdown. After the floating profit reached +639.19%, I took profit on most of the position first—not because I’m bearish

I didn’t make any particular judgment—I just held it a little longer and didn’t expect it to actually come through.
During the intraday bottoming process, funds quietly entered $SOL longs around 75.33. It formed a bottom without breaking down, so I signaled bullish. Now at 97.14, +2692.03%. Nailed the timing—feels great. Time to enjoy a good meal.
Take 80% profit first, and protect the remaining 20% at the entry price. If it keeps charging, let the profits run. Keep an eye on the profits, bro.

The latest progress on the #CLARITY Act (#CLARITY Act, officially titled the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, H.R.3633): The Senate procedural vote failed on September 15, 2026.
This is the furthest-reaching cryptocurrency market structure legislation advanced in the United States to date. It aims to clarify the regulatory division over digital assets between the SEC (securities) and CFTC (commodities), and establish rules for exchanges, brokers, disclosures, and certain aspects of DeFi.

I’m handling this short position on an 80/20 basis: taking most of the profit off the table first and watching for continuation with the remaining 20%. $AAVE faced repeated pressure at the key level, failed to hold the breakout, and then confirmed weakness on the retest, so I took a bearish position. There was a rebound while holding, but price failed to reclaim the key level, and the protection level remained unchanged.
I’m currently up +321.84%, and I don’t plan to gamble all the profits on an acceleration phase. As long as the previous low holds and price quickly recovers, the bearish outl

Crypto Stocks Tumble as Senate Blocks Clarity Act
What just happened? 😱
Crypto linked stocks dropped sharply after the U.S. Senate failed to advance the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act in a 49-50 vote, falling short of the 60 votes required.
So…… The bill aimed to create clearer crypto regulations and expand CFTC oversight of spot markets. Following the setback, shares saw heavy selling as regulatory uncertainty returned to focus.
With the Fed decision also approaching, investors moved into risk off mode, adding further pressure across crypto related markets. 📉 still $AIN and $AKE Market is
