I was just about to go rant on the forum, but then I saw my balance. Never mind—the market is always right.

When the early-session dump first hit, $XAU made a token rebound to around 4641.00, but it couldn’t even hold that level, with pitifully weak buying support. This feeble rebound was clearly handing me a pillow for my short. After entering, I set my stop-loss and left it alone.
