I think the real question here isn't "Will it stop when it reaches 5%?", but "How will its strategy change after reaching 5%?".
Current data shows BitMine holds approximately 5,901,112 ETH, reaching about 4.9% of the total supply. The company defines this as 98% of its "Alchemy of 5%" target. Furthermore, the buying spree has reached 65 weeks.
My view: The 5% target is more of a milestone than the final destination.
5% is approximately 6.035 million ETH. So, from the current level, only about 134,000 ETH remain to reach the target.

The most comfortable position to short is not after the drop, but when the previous rebound encounters resistance at a key level. After this breakdown, the rebound never reclaimed the trendline, and the key resistance kept moving lower, keeping the bearish trend relatively intact.
