1. How the two tiers work
Idle Earn: Net deposits (BTC, ETH and USDT all count) of 10,000+ USDT get a 1% rate-up, so 4% total. At 50,000+ it’s a 2% rate-up, so 5% total. The rate-up applies to a maximum of 50,000 USDT of principal. Anything above that earns only the 3% base.

A general license issued on Oct 9 authorizes the sale, delivery, offloading and importation of Russian diesel, including into the US, and it’s valid through April 7, 2027. The US last imported Russian diesel in March 2022, so this is a real policy shift.

I am watching just one divergence: whether it can quickly reclaim 1.0881 after breaking below it. The current price is 1.0964, with volume at 0.10x. The 1-hour and 4-hour outlooks are both weak, with RSI at 34 and 64, respectively.
