#WarshIMFSpeech 🌍📢 Warsh’s IMF Speech: Global Markets on Alert! 📊
All eyes are on Kevin Warsh as investors look for insights into inflation, interest rates, global economic growth, and financial stability. 🏦📈
His remarks could influence market sentiment across stocks, bonds, and crypto as traders assess the potential impact on the global economy. ₿💹
👀 The big question: Will the latest signals bring optimism to the markets or create fresh uncertainty?
Stay informed, follow the economic trends, and make decisions based on research—not emotions! 🚀
A few days ago, over dinner in Singapore, we were also talking about the period from mid-June to early July. Every Saturday and Sunday, crypto-stock contracts would trade at a 10% discount, making arbitrage very easy.
Unexpectedly, it happened again this morning, but unfortunately I was asleep at 5 a.m.
Crypto-stock contracts have no pricing power, and apparently no market maker is willing to make markets in them either. The lack of liquidity is why this kind of opportunity appears

#美国9月PPI大超预期 The “data vacuum” is approaching. How will gold and silver prices move?
Recently, gold and silver prices rebounded somewhat after a downturn, showing signs of stabilizing. Wang Weimang, an analyst at Zhonghui Futures, told Futures Daily that the rebound in gold and silver prices was driven by interest rates and safe-haven demand.
“The rapid decline in long-term U.S. Treasury yields was the direct driver of the rebound in gold and silver prices,” Wang Weimang said. Against the backdrop of U.S. September inflation data exceeding expectations, AI technology stocks faced a global sell

With the same 1000U, outcomes can be worlds apart. Today, I’m taking on just one asset: $ZEREBRO . It’s currently at 0.0245, down a straight 27.28% in 24 hours, with a high of 0.0354 and a low of 0.0239, and 52M in trading volume—this isn’t a pullback, it’s a long-side liquidation cascade. I’m taking on analysts on Gate Square, and I pick moments like this bloodbath to tell the truth.
First, the price structure face-off. The 24-hour range ran from 0.0354 to 0.0239, a decline of nearly 33%. The current price of 0.0245 is practically on the floor, just 0.0006 above the low. The bullish structure

KOSPI +3.3%: A relief bounce or the start of a recovery?
My initial assessment: This appears to be a potential relief rally; however, a single strong session is not enough to confirm a broader recovery. The key question is whether semiconductor stocks can sustain this rebound following the sharp sell-off, or if the gains are merely driven by short covering and bargain hunting.
The gains seen in Samsung Electronics (+3.6%) and SK Hynix (+3.4%) are particularly significant, as the South Korean market is highly sensitive to semiconductor sentiment and the global AI-memory trade.

Bitcoin saw a sharp wick-like drop this morning, hitting a low near 80700 before quickly rebounding and rallying strongly. It surged above 82000 at its peak, gaining nearly 1300 points in a one-way move, and is now trading around 81800 after a pullback.
Although Bitcoin quickly rebounded after the morning wick down to 80700 and rallied above 82000, this was essentially more of an emotional bounce after a sharp drop than a confirmation that the trend had strengthened. After a one-way rally of nearly 1300 points, the price failed to hold above 82000 and soon pulled back to around 81800, indicati

October 2026, nicknamed “Uptober” (traditionally a bullish month for digital assets), has plenty of surprises in store for investors this time around. Bitcoin is holding around $81,000 – $82,500, showing local resilience after a recent shock triggered by US macroeconomic data. A difficult year-long correction from last fall’s all-time high of $126,000 is now behind us, and the market is trying to find a solid bottom.
Here are the key events shaping the crypto news agenda today:
1. Inflation shock and “Red October”
The seasonal rally slowed after the release of fresh US Consumer Price Index (CPI) and Producer Price Index (PPI) reports. Inflation readings came in above analysts’ forecasts (CPI rose 3.7%), immediately strengthening expectations of another interest rate hike by the Federal Reserve (Fed) at its upcoming meeting on October 27–28.
Against this backdrop, a massive wave of margin liquidations hit the market, with nearly $1 billion worth of traders’ positions forcibly closed in a single day. Bitcoin briefly fell below $80,000, but buyers quickly bought the dip, bringing the asset back to current levels.
2. Ethereum struggles amid community optimism
Ethereum (ETH), the second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, is going through a difficult period and trading around $2,400 – $2,480. The coin has lost about 10% of its value since the start of October, while US spot Ether ETFs have seen net outflows of more than $300 million.
Surprisingly, on-chain analysts at Santiment are recording unusually high bullish sentiment on social media: almost 59% of mentions of ETH remain positive. Experts warn that such blind crowd optimism during a downturn often signals that “panic selling” is not over yet, and the asset could set new local lows. Nevertheless, long-term forecasts from major players such as Arthur Hayes remain ambitious — up to $10,000 per ETH by the end of the cycle.
3. Institutional breakthrough: Deutsche Bank enters the arena
While retail traders debate charts, traditional financial giants continue to build infrastructure. Deutsche Bank is reportedly just weeks away from launching its own digital asset custody service in Germany.
The head of corporate banking at Germany’s largest lender, Gerald Podobnik, confirmed that after launching in Europe, the platform will quickly expand into Asian financial centers. This is a crucial signal that major European capital is no longer afraid of volatility and is preparing to fully embrace the Web3 industry.
4. Tokenization and new laws: crypto instead of a mortgage?
The world of cryptocurrency regulation and real-world applications is changing before our eyes:
• Crypto mortgages in the US: Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Director William J. Pulte has instructed mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to develop mechanisms for considering cryptocurrency assets when assessing borrowers for mortgages. Major players such as Better and Coinbase are already testing the first mortgage products backed by digital coins.
• Global stablecoin: Samsung Corporation announced that it will integrate cross-border USDC stablecoin transfers directly into Samsung Wallet for 82 million Galaxy devices worldwide, starting at the end of October.
• Regulation in Russia: We remind you that new legislation recognizing cryptocurrency as property has come into force in Russia. At the same time, according to clarifications from the Central Bank, the regulator is laying the groundwork for a ban on direct P2P transactions between individuals, which is planned to be fully introduced by summer 2027.
Bottom line: The market is in an accumulation phase and heavily dependent on the US macroeconomic backdrop. Speculative fervor has eased somewhat, but fundamental developments — from the arrival of European banks to crypto’s integration into the real economy and real estate — prove that digital assets have become firmly established in the global financial system.
It rained all day yesterday🌧️, so I stayed home all day. Woke up to bright sunshine today, and when I opened the exchange, my BTC long at 80888, ETH long at 2376, and Sol long had all filled. Did you guys get filled and make money? I placed small orders before bed, and the market maker woke me up with a whole day’s worth of spending coupons.

2026-10-18 03:39 UTC. Following clean target hits across BTW, BTC, and SOL in the prior session, NEAR/USDT swept its lower floor at 4.825 before surging to test its upper boundary five times. Now trading near ~5.0085 USDT right inside the SHORT ZONE (5.00134 - 5.01162 USDT), price sits overextended and primed for a pullback toward the TARGET ZONE (~4.95294 USDT), while structural support holds the LONG ZONE (4.81573 - 4.82601 USDT).

Bitcoin has spent the past week caught between two forces: a stubborn inflation picture and a Federal Reserve that is not yet ready to say it is finished. The latest data has pushed BTC back toward the lower part of its recent range, and the reaction to the inflation reports and Kevin Warsh's comments at the IMF meeting in Bangkok tells us a lot about where the market's mind is right now. My view is that this is not a market that has broken down, but it is a market that is asking for confirmation before it commits to the next big move. Let me explain why I think
$AVA Moving averages are bullish, but price has reached the upper Bollinger Band. Should you chase? No—avoid chasing and wait for a pullback. MA5=0.3876 crossed above MA20=0.3600, turning the short- to medium-term structure bullish; however, the current price of 0.3897 is hugging the lower edge of the upper Bollinger Band at 0.4253. RSI=68.3 is nearing overbought territory, the MACD histogram is only +0.00064, indicating thin bullish momentum, and the 30-candle range of 36.21% signals sharp volatility. US September PPI came in at 6.3% YoY, well above the 5.3% market expectation, pointing to renewed producer-side inflation pressure. Weekly jobless claims were 199K, broadly in line with forecasts. Could hotter inflation further reduce room for rate cuts, and what does it mean for $BTC, US stocks, and gold?
