GPU-hours might be turning into something you hedge.
The CFTC is already exploring compute derivatives, and Liquid Compute just raised $15M to build a regulated market for GPU futures, options + swaps.
Makes sense if AI compute really grows from ~$360B in 2025 to ~$2.3T by 2030.
The weird part is standardization.
An H100-hour in one region isn’t the same product as a B200-hour somewhere else with different networking, power costs and cluster size.
So before compute gets a real futures market, someone has to invent the benchmark contract everyone agrees to trade around.
Once that exists, labs c

To be honest, I’m surprised this trade has survived until now; luck played a significant part. While the market was grinding out a bottom, resistance above $ACE was obvious. Every upward push fell just short, and volume failed to follow. Seeing that it couldn’t break higher, I advised short sellers not to rush and to consider it after a rebound.
From 0.1748 to 0.1531, the short position delivered +304.41%—those already in the trade must be wide awake with excitement. Close 80% first, protect the remaining 20% at the entry price, and let the profits run as the decline continues. If it rebounds

CLARITY Act Hits a Senate Roadblock
The U.S. Senate voted 49–50, falling short of the 60 votes needed to advance the bill.
CBS News +1
But this was a procedural vote — not a final vote on the Act.
The bigger takeaway: U.S. crypto market-structure rules remain unresolved, keeping regulatory uncertainty in focus.
The bill stalled. The debate continues.

The CLARITY Act just hit a major roadblock in the U.S. Senate.
The final vote came in at 49–50, well short of the 60 votes needed to move the bill forward with three Republicans joining Democrats against advancing it.
After months of negotiations, crypto market structure legislation is back in uncertainty.
For an industry waiting years for clearer rules in the U.S., this is a big setback.
The fight for regulatory clarity isn’t over, but today definitely didn’t go the way crypto wanted.

This time, shorting at $BCH is not about catching a key level, but waiting for confirmation of resistance at a high. There were consecutive upper wicks in the key-level zone and weak support on the pullback, so I leaned bearish.

After entering, the market fluctuated, and the rebound lacked volume. The shorts only gained momentum after the previous low was broken. During the holding period, I first reduced the position at +140.13%, kept 87% to ride the continuation, with floating profit at +140.13%.

If the key-level zone is reclaimed, or the pullback receives strong support, the original t

ETH Technical Outlook: Ethereum Holds Above $2.4K as Bulls Defend the Recovery
ETH is currently trading around $2.41K, holding above the $2.40K–$2.41K support area after the recent recovery from the $2.27K–$2.30K demand zone.
The broader recovery structure remains constructive, but ETH is now consolidating below the $2.436K–$2.454K resistance cluster. Bulls need to reclaim this area and break $2,538 for the next major upside expansion.

$IOST Current price: 0.000752, down 5.05% over 24h, funding rate -0.0494%—shorts are paying to hold positions, but the price is already near the lower Bollinger Band at 0.000744, RSI is at 41 without breaking below 30, and the MA5 and MA20 are both exerting pressure. The CLARITY Act failing the 60-vote test is not just a political delay for crypto.
It tells me the market still has to trade inside uncertainty.
That is the real damage.
Builders don’t get clean rules. Exchanges don’t get a clear lane. Institutions don’t get the comfort they need to size in aggressively. And traders are left pricing headlines instead of structure.
For me, this is why the reaction matters more than the vote itself.
If BTC holds its range after this, the market is saying: “annoying delay, but not fatal.”
If BTC loses support with volume, then the failed vote becomes the excuse f

The U.S. Senate will hold a key procedural vote on the CLARITY Act on September 15, requiring 60 votes to advance with Republicans holding 53 seats. Kalshi data shows the odds of passage this year have fallen to 25%, with ethics provisions and stablecoin yield still unresolved. What would advancing the bill mean for crypto markets?
