#WeekendMarketAnalysis Weekend Market Analysis August 9 2026
We finished the week with the soft landing trade back in control. Stocks up, bonds up, oil down, dollar down. The entire move came down to one report. July Non Farm Payrolls printed 68,000 versus 175,000 expected. Unemployment ticked to 4.3 percent. Wage growth slowed to 3.6 percent year over year.
That was enough for markets to price a September Fed cut at 91 percent probability. When rates fall and growth does not collapse, both equities and duration work. That is exactly what we saw.
Here is the full breakdown.

It almost hit my stop loss; there’s no need to move the Stop Loss, let the price move on its own. If the SL is hit, the price has already reversed direction; if the TP is hit, the price is still following the Trend 😁.

$TUT This Is How It Ends
A slow grind higher, followed by a sharp liquidation-driven FOMO spike.
The move looked strong on the surface, but once liquidity started getting taken, momentum accelerated into a euphoric push.
This is why chasing vertical candles is dangerous.
After a prolonged move up, always watch for:
• Lower-timeframe structure shifts
• Volume exhaustion
• Liquidation spikes
• Failed breakouts
The best trades often come from waiting for confirmation—not chasing the final candle.

#Web3SecurityGuide
— Security Is Not Optional in Web3
Web3 gives users something powerful: direct control over their assets, wallets, transactions, and digital identity. But with that control comes responsibility. In traditional finance, banks and institutions often provide layers of protection around your account. In Web3, much of that responsibility moves directly to the user.
That is why understanding basic Web3 security is just as important as understanding market analysis, trading strategies, and blockchain technology.
A great trade means nothing if your wallet security is weak.

Web3 gives users more control over their digital assets, but greater control also means greater responsibility.
Your wallet can be your bank, your identity can be connected to on-chain activity, and a single compromised transaction can sometimes result in irreversible losses. That is why security should never be treated as an optional feature in the Web3 world.
The first rule is simple: protect your seed phrase and private keys.
Never share them with anyone. No legitimate exchange, wallet provider, project administrator or support representative should need your private key

$IOTX Signal】Long + short squeeze
$IOTX RSI 4H 89.96, 1H 62.67, buying momentum persists, while short-term momentum is narrowing. 4H MACD bullish expansion continues, while the 1H MACD histogram is contracting, with intensified turnover at highs. Sell-side pressure in the order book has a slight edge, the funding rate is -0.4676%, short positions face extremely high holding costs, and OI is stable. Under this structure, the short-squeeze logic remains intact, the risk-reward ratio and stop-loss distance are within acceptable ranges, so the execution plan can proceed.

bluai crashed to 0.017.
A little over five hours ago it was at 0.0239, and I said the momentum was still there and it could keep going. This drop wiped out nearly 30%.
I was wrong. I admit it.
The gains from today's doubling have basically been given back, and over the past 24 hours it's already in the red.
I mentioned earlier that 90% of the tokens were locked, calling that the ceiling at the time. Now it looks like there's no need to wait for the unlock—the pump-and-dump strategy is already enough.
The 0.012 level below is where it was trading a few days ago. It will probably go back there,

$BTC Over the past, price has filled every mFVG,
And now we have one one above us again, everytime we created the mFVG above us in this bear market,
It was tapped into and gave a volatile rejection from there.
Usually, we tap into such levels, on Monthly Open and we are seeing the same stuff happening here too.
I won't be surprised if price pumped into that mFVG later the upcoming weeks.
Here's my playbook on how I am gonna trade it.
First, I am looking for a rejection after sweeping the 65.4k > dump into 63.8k gap.
If that gap holds, I will look for long setups from there,

BTCFi Has No Standard Answer: Stacks’ “Minimalist Security” VS Core’s “Greedy Ecosystem”

⚠️Risk disclaimer: Discussion of sector logic only, not investment advice. STX and CORE follow completely different sector paths; neither replaces the other, and they can coexist.

The BTCFi sector has now formed two completely opposed ultimate paths:
STX: extreme conservatism, firmly upholding Bitcoin-native security
CORE: extreme aggressiveness, expanding the scale of the Bitcoin ecosystem

September 15, 2026 could become an important date for the US crypto market.
The CLARITY Act is moving toward a key Senate process, and investors are watching closely because this legislation could bring clearer rules for the digital-asset industry.
For me, the biggest story is not one day of price movement.
It is what clearer regulation could mean for the next few years.
