$MSTR ‌The Leveraged Proxy: How Strategy Topped the Nasdaq 100 by Nearly Doubling Bitcoin's Gain
There is a particular kind of outperformance that emerges when a company stops being valued on its operating business and starts being valued on the assets it holds. Strategy Inc. (MSTR) is living in that territory now. Over the past month, the stock gained approximately 48%, making it the best performer in the Nasdaq 100. Bitcoin, the asset that drives its balance sheet, rose roughly 12% over the same period. That is a fourfold amplification of the underlying move, and it explains both the appeal and the risk of the instrument.
The company, formerly known as MicroStrategy, holds 845,050 BTC with a cumulative cost basis of approximately $63.73 billion and a blended average price of $75,412 per coin. At current prices, those holdings carry an unrealized gain of roughly $2.18 billion. But the stock's monthly return is not merely a reflection of Bitcoin's price appreciation. It is the product of a deliberate capital structure that uses equity and convertible debt issuance to accumulate more Bitcoin than the underlying asset alone would provide.
That structure was tested earlier this year. On June 29, 2026, the board approved a Digital Credit Capital Framework authorizing selective Bitcoin sales for the first time. Over the following ten weeks, the company sold 6,948 BTC for $432.5 million to fund preferred stock dividends and share repurchases. The move cast a psychological shadow over the stock, raising questions about whether the accumulation strategy had reached its limits. That overhang began to clear in late August, when Strategy resumed purchases, acquiring 4,603 BTC for $369.7 million. Executive Chairman Michael Saylor signaled the return with a simple social media post: "We're ₿ack."
The mechanics of the financing model are worth understanding. Strategy raises capital through at-the-market equity offerings and convertible note issuances, then deploys the proceeds into Bitcoin. As of May 2026, total convertible notes outstanding reached $6.7 billion, following partial repurchases. The preferred stock series, STRC, pays a 12% annual dividend, up from 11.5%, and the company has repurchased $176.3 million of those shares while doubling its repurchase authorization to $2 billion. Common shareholders do not receive a dividend; the executives have stated that common stock holders remain the priority, but no common dividend is planned.
The regulatory backdrop provided an additional catalyst. On September 18, the SEC introduced a temporary "Innovation Exemption" allowing certain platforms to trade tokenized U.S.-listed stocks. The announcement drove MSTR up 16.4% in a single session, closing at $153.92 and pushing trading volume to nearly double its one-month average. The exemption is viewed as a positive for crypto-related equities, as it potentially broadens access and liquidity for tokenized assets.
The company's software business continues to generate modest but stable revenue. Second-quarter 2026 total revenues were $122.4 million, a 6.9% increase year over year, with gross profit of $81.6 million. However, the operating loss for the quarter was $8.33 billion, driven by fair-value accounting on the Bitcoin holdings rather than operational weakness. This is the accounting distortion that makes traditional valuation metrics nearly meaningless for MSTR: the company's reported losses reflect mark-to-market adjustments on an asset it has no intention of selling, not the performance of its software operations.
The technical picture on the four-hour chart shows the stock trading near 153.89, having recovered from a low of 89.21. The price sits well above its short-term moving averages, with the SuperTrend indicator at 132.55 providing a dynamic floor. The immediate resistance is the 154 level, which the stock tested and briefly exceeded before pulling back. A decisive break above that zone would open the path toward the 160 to 165 range. On the downside, the 130 level has attracted buying interest on multiple occasions, with stronger support near the August low.
What should a careful observer take from this moment? First, the fourfold amplification works in both directions. A 12% Bitcoin rally produced a 48% stock gain, but a comparable decline would produce a comparable loss. The instrument is not a substitute for Bitcoin; it is a leveraged expression of a view on Bitcoin, wrapped in a capital structure that adds both opportunity and complexity. Second, the resumption of Bitcoin purchases removed the most immediate psychological overhang, but the company's ability to continue accumulating depends on its access to capital markets at favorable terms. Third, the SEC's Innovation Exemption provided a regulatory tailwind that lifted the entire crypto-equity complex, but its five-year temporary nature means the longer-term framework remains unresolved. The rally is real. The leverage is real. The question is whether the underlying asset can sustain the pace that the stock has priced in.

My Trading Rules
These are the rules I follow throughout my trading journey. They are not about making quick profits — they are about protecting my capital, controlling my emotions, and staying disciplined.
1. Control Your Emotions
Before, during, and after every trade, pay attention to how you feel. Keep notes about your emotions and learn to recognize fear, greed, FOMO, frustration, and overconfidence before they influence your decisions.
2. Be Patient and Disciplined

The Fed Plans $15.6B in Purchases. Is "Stealth QE" Fueling Bitcoin?
The headline sounds like the money printer is back. The details tell a different story.
What's confirmed?
The New York Fed plans $15.6B in purchases from September 15 to October 14, 2026. This is a monthly reinvestment schedule, not a completed one-day liquidity injection.
Additional reserve management purchases: $0. Reinvestment purchases totaled $17B in the previous monthly schedule. This is no acceleration. NY Fed schedule.

Everyone is sleeping on $G /USDT while the daily trend screams bullish and the 1h ATR is barely 0.001177.

$G /USDT - LONG

Trade Plan:
Entry: 0.006430 – 0.007018
SL: 0.003899
TP1: 0.008843
TP2: 0.010255
TP3: 0.012374

Why this setup?
Why now? The 1D trend is bullish, the 1h ATR is 0.001177 showing compressed volatility, the 15m RSI sits at 44.08 meaning we are far from overbought, and the entry zone between 0.006430 and 0.007018 lines up perfectly with the 1h price of 0.006724. The 4h higher-timeframe trend reinforces the direction, giving us a high-confidence LONG with TP1 at 0.008843 and

$XRP Short-term bullish, but the funding rate has flashed a yellow warning. Conclusion: buy the dip, don’t chase highs.
Looking at the market, $XRP is currently at 1.4051, with MA5 crossing above MA20 and a bullish alignment. The MACD histogram remains positive at +0.003173, and the trend structure is intact; however, RSI 56.6 is only neutral-to-strong, while the Bollinger upper band at 1.41286 is directly overhead. The 1.46% 24h decline indicates that real selling pressure exists above. The key factor is funding: the funding rate is +0.0045%, with longs paying, showing that leveraged funds a

$SYN The most unusual detail today is not that it fell 12.39%, but that the funding rate remains positive at +0.0050%. As the price gets hammered down, longs are still paying shorts, indicating that leveraged long positions have not been fully flushed out. Under this structure, any rebound is often unsustainable.
Using this coin as an example, here is a reusable method: use moving-average alignment to assess trend health. In a healthy downtrend, MA5 should continue to suppress MA20, with the price tracking the lower Bollinger Band. SYN currently has MA5=0.210602 below MA20=0.223692, confirming

Why this setup?
Why now? The daily trend is bullish and the 4h bias is LONG with 95 percent confidence, so the setup is not theoretical. The 1h price sits at 92.857 inside a tight entry zone between 92.621 and 93.093, giving you a precise fill. The 1h ATR of 0.943645 shows volatility is compact enough to swing through TP1 at 94.556 and TP2 at 95.688 in a single session. The 15m RSI at 63.61 confirms room to run before o

Many people jump into the top gainer on the 24h leaderboard, which is a typical trading misconception—the gain itself is not a reason; relative strength is. Compare the candidates within the same sector horizontally: $AVA is up +12.26% over 24h, but MA5 is still below MA20, and the moving averages have not yet recovered; $FIL is even down -14.53%, with a bearish MACD and a funding rate of -0.0184%, clearly weaker within the sector. Meanwhile, $SUSDT is currently priced at 0.03712, up +15.10% over 24h, with MA5=0.036128 having crossed above MA20=0.0346655, a bullish moving-average alignment,

$ADA ADA at a Major Weekly Decision Level
ADA is showing an interesting reaction from the Immediate Demand Zone, with price attempting to recover from the recent decline. The key area to watch now is the Decision Zone around $0.23–$0.28.
A sustained reclaim of this zone, followed by a breakout of the descending trendline, would strengthen the upside structure and open the path toward the $0.55 area, with the HTF Supply Zone around $0.90–$1.10 as the larger objective.
The $0.1376 invalidation level remains critical. A breakdown and sustained acceptance below it would invalidate this bullish set

$XLM XLM Looks Super Bullish (1H)
The price continues to form bullish swings nicely, while buy orders are being collected around the current structure. The recent price action also shows that a liquidity pool has been swept and collected, which can support the continuation of the bullish move if the structure remains intact.
As long as the green zone continues to hold, we expect the price to maintain its bullish structure and gradually move toward the targets marked on the chart. A sustained reaction from this area would keep the current setup valid and could provide further confirmation for t
