Bitcoin bounced 1,000 points today, following the rebound in the Nasdaq and U.S. stocks. The order flow yesterday did show a slight bullish divergence: CVD made a new low, but price did not. This did lead to some additional short positions being opened.
The broader direction remains unchanged. We are still in the A-B phase, with a potential retest of the 84k gap. However, funding rates remain very high and long positioning is extremely crowded, making a particularly large rebound unlikely.
