US CPI CAME IN AT 3.7% 🟥
• Headline CPI: 3.7% vs 3.6% expected
• Core CPI: 2.6% vs 2.5% expected
Both readings came in above forecasts. 👀
Now $BTC is likely to head for the correction zone.

$679 million flowed out of ETFs last week—can CPI bring the funds back?
Before looking at the CPI data, I first reviewed the funding situation.
Last week (October 5 to 9), U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs saw net outflows of $678.9 million, compared with net inflows of $241.1 million the previous week. The outflows were mainly concentrated on October 7 and 8, with $485 million flowing out on Wednesday alone, the largest single-day net outflow since June.
Ethereum ETFs fared even worse, recording nearly $700 million in cumulative outflows over nine consecutive trading days.
This shows that institutional

#美国9月CPI超预期 The U.S. September CPI released tonight came in well above expectations across the board. The market will immediately reprice the probability of a Fed rate hike in October, and Bitcoin will likely come under pressure in the short term.
How far did inflation exceed expectations
Data released at 20:30 Beijing time showed:
· Headline CPI rose 3.7% year-on-year, up from 3.4% previously
· Core CPI rose 2.6% year-on-year, up from 2.4% previously
· Core CPI rose 0.3% month-on-month, above expectations of 0.2%
This means the market’s previous expectation of “moderating core inflation” has

September CPI Surprise: Will Bitcoin Face More Downside or Stage a Rebound?
The latest U.S. September CPI and Core CPI figures have come in above expectations, raising fresh concerns about persistent inflation and complicating the Federal Reserve’s potential rate-cut path. The market now faces a critical question: will higher inflation expectations trigger another wave of selling, or has the negative news already been priced in?

Most people see one big green number. But $OBI didn’t climb once. It jumped twice.
The first jump came last evening, with lots of trading behind it. Then it went quiet for hours. The second push came this afternoon, up to 0.0016284. (Gate chart, 14 Oct, 19:00)
Here’s what caught my eye: the afternoon climb had much less trading behind it than the first one. Since then, the price has slipped about 21% from that top and now sits near 0.00129.
Today’s total is up 134.18%, with about $352K traded in 24 hours.
I don’t know yet what started it. And small coins can drop as fast as they rise.

Funding rates have fallen to -0.714%: are longs paying to buy the dip, or are shorts quietly building positions?
The answer lies in the balance of long and short forces: $WA surged 30.07% over 24 hours, but the funding rate recorded an extreme negative value of -0.714%—meaning short perpetual-contract traders are paying long traders, indicating extremely crowded shorts. Combined with an RSI of 64.1, which has not yet entered overbought territory, a still-positive MACD histogram at 0.0008496, and the bullish MA5>MA20 alignment, this looks more like accumulation ahead of a short squeeze than a

Shelter inflation eased to 4.6 percent from 5.0 percent. Energy inflation slowed to 4.1 percent from 5.6 percent. Food inflation moder
