Meteora founders and other longer are facing a class action lawsuit from investors over the M3M3 Token.
According to Gate.io News bot, it is reported that investors have filed a class action lawsuit in the Southern District of New York Federal Court against Meteora founder Ben Chow, Meteora company, Hayden Davis, Kelsier Ventures executives Gideon Davis and CT Davis, and Kelsier. The U.S. law firms Burwick Law and Hoppin Grinsell, representing the investors, have made accusations of fraud, securities fraud, and other illegal activities during the M3M3 token issuance process.
