Between Oct 16 and Oct 18, the ETHUSDT 4H chart printed a clean swing leg down, moving from a high of $2,494 to a low of $2,329, a 6.6% decline over 14 4H candles. That leg now serves as the reference for the retracement grid visible on the chart.
Since the Oct 18 low, price has climbed back toward the upper half of that range. The bounce's high so far is $2,446, printed on Oct 19, a 71% retracement of the leg down. The latest 4H close sits at $2,408, a 48% retracement. The fib levels drawn from $2,494 to $2,329 line up at $2,392 for 0.382,

JPMorgan is bringing its JPM Coin deposit token to Ethereum, allowing institutional clients to move money directly on the public blockchain.
The token, known as JPMD, represents US dollar deposits held at JPMorgan and can be used for payments and settling transactions around the clock.
