Gate has officially introduced Proof of Security (PoSEC), a new asset-security verification framework designed to strengthen transparency and protect user funds. Launched on November 5, 2026, PoSEC expands traditional Proof of Reserves (PoR) by examining not only whether sufficient assets exist but also how those assets are stored and protected.
