Do you still remember your first trade on Gate?
60 million users—that number is enough to evoke a lot of emotion. Gate’s global registered users recently officially surpassed 60 million, and the platform has now expanded from simple digital asset trading into more scenarios, including stocks, ETFs, payments, wallets, and Web3.
But for ordinary users, the number 60 million may not be as memorable as their “first trade.”
Because the first trade is often something special.
It may have been the first time buying BTC and thinking, “Why is this thing so expensive?”; the first time buying ETH, spendi

Don't get cocky when you're making money, and don't despair during a drawdown. At this point, those who haven't gotten in yet, don't rush—shorting now could easily mean entering halfway down. I'll share the next opportunity as soon as it comes. Being out of the market isn't a sin; opening positions recklessly is the mistake. Wait for the next shot—don't act rashly.

Everyone’s long ETH here—but the 4h tape is quietly whispering a different name.

$ETH /USDT - SHORT

Trade Plan:
Entry: 2471.39 – 2476.31
SL: 2497.44
TP1: 2456.16
TP2: 2444.36
TP3: 2426.67

Why this setup?
- $ETH /USDT sits at 2473.85, pinned in a 1D range while the 4h bias flips SHORT (conf: 55).
- RSI on 15m is hot at 62—buyers are exhausted, not impulsive.
- ATR 1h at 9.8 means the squeeze is tight; invalidation at 2460.15 is the line in the sand.
- Why now? We’re waiting at entry, but the path of least resistance is down toward TP1 2456, then TP2 2444.

Debate:

$LTC /USDT - SHORT

Trade Plan:
Entry: 54.02 – 54.32
SL: 55.99
TP1: 52.81
TP2: 51.90
TP3: 50.54

Why this setup?
- 4h bias is SHORT with 77.4 confidence, yet 1D is sideways—that’s a coiled spring, not a free fall.
- Entry at 54.17 sits mid-range; RSI 15m at 49.81 shows zero momentum—no buyers, no sellers, just dead air.
- Why now? ATR 1h (0.58) is tight, but TP1 at 52.81 is a 2.5% drop that only triggers if 54.02 breaks. If it holds, the alt scenario flips to 55.22.
- The range ceiling (55.99 SL) is

Trade Plan:

SL: 4439.6
TP1: 4419.5
TP2: 4413.8
TP3: 4405.2

Why this setup?
Why now? The 4h bias flips SHORT with 55% conviction, while the 1D stays range—this is a scalp, not a saga.
- Price sits at 4428.1, rejected from the 4429.5 high.
- RSI (15m) at 53.18 is fading, not accelerating.
- ATR (1h) at 5.72 means a clean 14-point slide to TP2 (4413.8) is a 2.5x risk-reward.
The range top is sticky; the first push down is the highest-probability move.

Others are fighting tooth and nail in the hot-coin pond, while I’m lying flat in the corner of $USELESS USDT (the useless coin). Its name is literally “Useless,” and I thought, isn’t that just me? Then my 50x leveraged long took off! Entry price: 0.15986; latest price: 0.28769; ROI: +3853.67%!
During the sideways movement, I almost uninstalled the app, thinking even the market makers couldn’t be bothered to scam anyone with this coin. Watching the price push higher, outsiders are anxious to chase, while those already holding positions are also torn over whether to exit. The approach for this $PROLOGUE trade is simple: once the price entered a rapid rally, I took 70% off the table and set a protective stop for the remaining position, letting it run on its own. The reason is that the more rapid the rally, the faster the pullback often arrives. By putting the bulk of the profit in the pocket first, it becomes easier to view subsequent volatility calmly.
Looking back at the entry point, the decision to go long was fairly clear

SL: 1.4361
TP1: 1.3978
TP2: 1.3868
TP3: 1.3704

Why this setup?
- Price is pinned at 1.4142 with a hard ceiling of 1.4165—rejection zone is razor thin.
- 1D trend is range, not breakout, so 55% SHORT confidence is the edge here.
- RSI 15m at 56.86 shows weak momentum—no fuel to break the range high.
- TP1 at 1.3978 is only 1.2% away; TP3 at 1.3704 is a 3% drop in a dead market.

SL: 55.28
TP1: 52.83
TP2: 52.13
TP3: 51.09

Why this setup?
Why now?
- Price is glued to 53.88, but 1D trend = **range**, not momentum. Ranges don’t last forever.
- RSI 15m at 42.08—already rolling over *before* a retest of range lows. That’s early weakness.
- ATR 1h = 0.58—volatility is compressed. When it expands, the move is violent.
- Short plan: entry 53.88, TP1 52.83, TP2 52.13. That’s a 1.7R to first target with SL 55.28.

Everyone’s staring at WLD’s 0.397—but the real trap is the 0.387 invalidation line.

WLD/USDT - SHORT

Trade Plan:
Entry: 0.396 – 0.398
SL: 0.408
TP1: 0.389
TP2: 0.383
TP3: 0.375

Why this setup?
Why now? The 4h frame is armed for a short, yet confidence is only 55—that’s hesitation, not conviction. RSI(15m) at 48.57 is dead neutral, so no momentum push. ATR(1h) at 0.0046 means volatility is thin; this range could snap violently. Entry at 0.397 with TP1 at 0.389 is a 2% scalp, but TP3 at 0.375 is 5.5%—that’s the real prize if the daily range breaks down.

SL: 84.505
TP1: 87.035
TP2: 87.758
TP3: 88.843

Why this setup?
- 1D trend is bullish, yet the 15m RSI at 64.16 screams overbought exhaustion before the 4h close.
- Entry zone 85.80–86.10 is a liquidity magnet; ATR (0.60) says volatility is coiling for a 1.5% snap either way.
- Why now? TP1 at 87.03 is only 1.2% away—but the 95% confidence LONG is priced for a “sure thing,” which is exactly when traps trigger.

SL: 967.12
TP1: 1036.55

TP3: 1086.14

Why this setup?
- 4h structure aligns with the daily bullish trend, but the 15m RSI (36.18) is oversold—this is the classic "pullback in an uptrend" setup.
- Entry zone is tight (1002–1010), giving us a low-risk trigger right at the 1h pivot (1006.79).
- Why now? The ATR (16.53) suggests volatility is compressing—breakout fuel is building. Target 1 is 3% away, but TP2 (1056)

Why this setup?
Why now? The 1D is range-bound, not trending—so rallies are rentals, not ownership. RSI on the 15m is hot at 60, but that’s exhaustion fuel, not ignition. With ATR at 0.0013, the squeeze is coiled. The primary path targets 0.0884 (TP1) then 0.0867 (TP2)—a 4.5% drop from here. The alternate longs only trigger if we break 0.0912 with force, but confidence sits at 55% SHORT, m

- Entry window is tight: 0.06090–0.06152. We’re sitting right at the edge while TP1 sits 3.6% below.

Web3 and crypto continue to evolve at an incredible pace new ideas, protocols and use cases are emerging every day. But in a market where innovation is constant novelty alone won’t create lasting value.
The projects that truly stand out will be those that go beyond speculation solve meaningful real-world problems, simplify adoption and bring more people into the digital economy.
The future of Web3 won’t be defined by whom makes the most noise.
It will be defined by whom builds what people actually need.
