Bitcoin$BTC and Ethereum$ETH abruptly reversed and plunged last night with no warning. At the root of it, AI momentum is starting to fade, compounded by jitters ahead of tonight’s nonfarm payrolls report! The Democrats just won the election, and then immediately signaled plans to tighten the pace of AI data center expansion. How much money has been poured into AI over the past few years? And how absurdly high have valuations been pushed? The Nasdaq plunged 5.5% overnight, while semiconductor stocks crashed 12%. Adding to the coincidence, Trump’s media company was found to have transferred 4,

Sis is relaying it as-is, as usual: risk is about 310, target room is about 905, and the risk-reward ratio is roughly 1:2.9. Looks like risk management is built right into the plan.
But remember, babes—I’m just passing along the message, not pressing the button for you. Whether to follow it and how much to put on the position are decisions for your account, not mine.

Yesterday early morning, I warned against going long. Today’s market action provided the answer.

BTC fell from around 80500, hitting a low of 75158, a short-term pullback of more than 5300 points.

Yesterday, I repeatedly stressed not to assume the bottom was in just because the price had fallen for a while. Especially in a sustained downtrend, the more urgently you try to buy the dip, the more likely you are to enter while prices are still falling.

Often, the hardest part of trading is not catching the exact bottom, but controlling the urge to enter a position.

BTC PREDICTION MARKET UPDATE

#BTC重返8万 BTC fell 5% in a day, yet longs still account for 70%—the most dangerous thing isn’t the drop, it’s that nobody is admitting defeat.
Market:

This is synchronized deleveraging, not structural divergence: four major coins fell in unison by 4%–7.4%. ETH led in both losses and volatility (9.5%), while defensive platform token BNB held up relatively well, closing at -3.94%.

The real turning point came at 11-05 23:00 (the U.S. stock market open), when BTC’s hourly trading volume surged to $513 million, about 10 times the usual level. ETH at $202 million, SOL at $48.6 million, and BNB at $

The Nasdaq fell 5.5% in a single day. Using its previous high of roughly 18,000 as a ballpark, that works out to a nearly 1,000-point pullback in one session, sending it straight from the highs into correction territory. The S&P 500 followed with a 4.4% drop, or more than 260 points based on a level near 6,000. The main thing getting hit in this selloff is still the AI data center story—valuations were cut across the board for computing power, servers, power supply, cooling, optical modules, and related areas. On the market, the hardest-hit subsectors were those that had rallied the most. One

Compute Is No Longer a Moat: When Politics Hits the Brakes on AI
Democrats’ AI regulations are moving from slogans to legislation, tightening rules on energy use, compute procurement, and model audits.
Microsoft’s decision to give up its expansion rights shifts capex uncertainty to policymakers—it would rather build less than make the wrong bet.
IPO valuation logic is being rewritten: from “discounting future compute” back to “pricing current cash flow.”
When the bubble deflates, companies with customers and gross margins will be rediscovered.

🚨 U.S. Midterm Elections Trigger AI Regulatory Storm: This Could Mark a Major Turning Point in the AI Investment Thesis
This is no ordinary pullback—the AI industry may be facing a major shakeup!
After the U.S. midterm elections, regulation of AI data centers suddenly became a market focus. According to an NBC Election Day poll, 76% of respondents opposed building new data centers in their communities!
Why? Because AI giants are making a fortune, while local residents worry about rising electricity bills, water consumption, and environmental strain!
Wall Street reacted fast!

U.S. stocks suffered a sharp selloff on Thursday, with the Nasdaq closing down more than 5% and the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index falling over 12%. AI and chip stocks including $NVDA and $AMD were hit especially hard. Markets are reassessing AI valuations, data-center spending and future returns. Is this just short-term deleveraging, or the start of a deeper correction in the AI trade? Which sectors are you watching next?
