NVIDIA Discloses SpaceX Stake for the First Time, Becoming Its Sixth-Largest Shareholder
NVIDIA disclosed for the first time on Friday local time that it held 122.8 million shares of SpaceX as of the end of the second quarter this year, further highlighting the chipmaker’s complex financial relationships with some of its largest customers.
According to a Form 13F filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday, the $5.5 trillion company held nearly $21 billion worth of SpaceX shares as of the end of June.
