To be honest, the more I look at this chart, the more something feels off. It just can't break through the 82300 barrier above, no matter how hard it pushes; meanwhile, 75000 below is practically welded shut and refuses to break. Isn't it obvious that the big players are pulling strings behind the scenes?
BTC looks like it's about to break upward, but the moment it reaches around 82000, it gets pushed straight back down;
It looks like it's about to crash the next second, but the moment it drops to 74900, it gets immediately pulled back up again. This 75000 support simply isn't being allowed to

$MSTR ‌The Leveraged Proxy: How Strategy Topped the Nasdaq 100 by Nearly Doubling Bitcoin's Gain
There is a particular kind of outperformance that emerges when a company stops being valued on its operating business and starts being valued on the assets it holds. Strategy Inc. (MSTR) is living in that territory now. Over the past month, the stock gained approximately 48%, making it the best performer in the Nasdaq 100. Bitcoin, the asset that drives its balance sheet, rose roughly 12% over the same period. That is a fourfold amplification of the underlying move, and it explains both the appeal and the risk of the instrument.
The company, formerly known as MicroStrategy, holds 845,050 BTC with a cumulative cost basis of approximately $63.73 billion and a blended average price of $75,412 per coin. At current prices, those holdings carry an unrealized gain of roughly $2.18 billion. But the stock's monthly return is not merely a reflection of Bitcoin's price appreciation. It is the product of a deliberate capital structure that uses equity and convertible debt issuance to accumulate more Bitcoin than the underlying asset alone would provide.
That structure was tested earlier this year. On June 29, 2026, the board approved a Digital Credit Capital Framework authorizing selective Bitcoin sales for the first time. Over the following ten weeks, the company sold 6,948 BTC for $432.5 million to fund preferred stock dividends and share repurchases. The move cast a psychological shadow over the stock, raising questions about whether the accumulation strategy had reached its limits. That overhang began to clear in late August, when Strategy resumed purchases, acquiring 4,603 BTC for $369.7 million. Executive Chairman Michael Saylor signaled the return with a simple social media post: "We're ₿ack."
The mechanics of the financing model are worth understanding. Strategy raises capital through at-the-market equity offerings and convertible note issuances, then deploys the proceeds into Bitcoin. As of May 2026, total convertible notes outstanding reached $6.7 billion, following partial repurchases. The preferred stock series, STRC, pays a 12% annual dividend, up from 11.5%, and the company has repurchased $176.3 million of those shares while doubling its repurchase authorization to $2 billion. Common shareholders do not receive a dividend; the executives have stated that common stock holders remain the priority, but no common dividend is planned.
The regulatory backdrop provided an additional catalyst. On September 18, the SEC introduced a temporary "Innovation Exemption" allowing certain platforms to trade tokenized U.S.-listed stocks. The announcement drove MSTR up 16.4% in a single session, closing at $153.92 and pushing trading volume to nearly double its one-month average. The exemption is viewed as a positive for crypto-related equities, as it potentially broadens access and liquidity for tokenized assets.
The company's software business continues to generate modest but stable revenue. Second-quarter 2026 total revenues were $122.4 million, a 6.9% increase year over year, with gross profit of $81.6 million. However, the operating loss for the quarter was $8.33 billion, driven by fair-value accounting on the Bitcoin holdings rather than operational weakness. This is the accounting distortion that makes traditional valuation metrics nearly meaningless for MSTR: the company's reported losses reflect mark-to-market adjustments on an asset it has no intention of selling, not the performance of its software operations.
The technical picture on the four-hour chart shows the stock trading near 153.89, having recovered from a low of 89.21. The price sits well above its short-term moving averages, with the SuperTrend indicator at 132.55 providing a dynamic floor. The immediate resistance is the 154 level, which the stock tested and briefly exceeded before pulling back. A decisive break above that zone would open the path toward the 160 to 165 range. On the downside, the 130 level has attracted buying interest on multiple occasions, with stronger support near the August low.
What should a careful observer take from this moment? First, the fourfold amplification works in both directions. A 12% Bitcoin rally produced a 48% stock gain, but a comparable decline would produce a comparable loss. The instrument is not a substitute for Bitcoin; it is a leveraged expression of a view on Bitcoin, wrapped in a capital structure that adds both opportunity and complexity. Second, the resumption of Bitcoin purchases removed the most immediate psychological overhang, but the company's ability to continue accumulating depends on its access to capital markets at favorable terms. Third, the SEC's Innovation Exemption provided a regulatory tailwind that lifted the entire crypto-equity complex, but its five-year temporary nature means the longer-term framework remains unresolved. The rally is real. The leverage is real. The question is whether the underlying asset can sustain the pace that the stock has priced in.

Are buybacks really effective?
I was looking at this last month. $HYPE trades with a higher multiple but because demand is a function of market capitalization, we can be lest worried about it and its revenue with this the multiple isn't cheap, and the resulting buyback yield is only ~3.0% of a $18.0B market cap so you're paying for the growth, not the return of capital.
$AERO and $SKY are one of the best because both generate far more revenue relative to what they earn.

In the face of market movements, we still need to maintain respect for the market. A profitable trade on Friday was held until it turned into a loss, and I got punished, hahaha. Stop-losses are not scary; what’s scary is holding onto losing trades. I’ve recovered from them countless times, but one time wiped out all my previous gains. So stop-losses are not scary—if you lose 20 points, just make back twice as much. I hit a stop-loss from 2568 to 2592 on Friday, but made it back that same day, and also captured a short position around 2655. Today, I captured a long position around 2575 on

SL: 91.094
TP1: 94.842
TP2: 95.913
TP3: 97.519

Why this setup?
Why now? The daily trend is firmly bullish, setting the stage for continuation. The 1h ATR of 0.892376 shows the asset is expanding, creating the volatility needed for a clean move. The 15m RSI at 73.39 is elevated but not exhausted, confirming strong momentum without a immediate reversal signal. The entry zone between 93.013 and 93.459 aligns with the current 1h price of 93.236, offering a precise risk-
