新的一年到来了，
让我们重新出发吧。
过去的事情都已经过去了，
不管是好的，还是不好的，
都将永远留在了 2025 年。
但请记住，
那些经历，都是我们人生中非常重要的一部分。
最近在清理僵尸粉时，
发现有很多小伙伴已经 两个月没有上线 了，
这也说明，确实有不少人离开了这个赛道。
但现在依然坚守在 Web3 的你们，真的很棒。
你们都是好样的，都是精英。
记得曾有一位大佬和猫哥分享过一个
做人的终极心法：
👉 永远不要追随热点。
因为追热点，
短期你可能会觉得轻松、热闹，
但从长期来看，
对你的成长几乎没有任何帮助，
甚至是负数。
真正厉害的人，
是坚持做自己看好的事情，
哪怕周围的人都不看好，
或者看好的人非常少。
而如果你只会追随热点，
那你永远都只会是——
👉 被收割的那一批。
昨晚我去跑了 15 公里跨年。
跑到 5–8 公里 时，膝盖开始有点疼。
我立刻觉察到：
👉 是跑姿不正确。
调整姿势后，
膝盖立马就不疼了。
不过今天早上起床，
膝盖还是有点酸，
所以准备先休息 2 天。
第一次跑 15 公里，
真的非常开心，也非常兴奋。
跑步这件事，
姿势真的非常重要啊！不过这都是正常现象，喜欢跑步的小伙伴们一定要注意姿势哦

it all belongs to 2025 now.
But remember—
those experiences are all important parts of our lives.
Recently, while cleaning up inactive followers,
I noticed that many people haven’t been online for over two months.
That clearly shows that quite a few have already left this space.
But to those who are still staying in Web3 —
you’re amazing.
You’re the real ones. You’re the elite.
I once heard a big boss share what he called
the ultimate principle of life:
👉 Never chase trends.
Chasing trends may feel easy and exciting in the short term,
but in the long run,
it brings almost no real growth —
sometimes it even has a negative impact.
Truly strong people
stick to what they believe in,
even when almost no one else does,
or when very few people see the value.
If you only chase trends,
you’ll always end up being—
👉 the one who gets harvested.
Last night, I ran 15 kilometers to welcome the New Year.
Around the 5–8 km mark,
my knee started to hurt.
I immediately realized—
👉 my running posture was wrong.
After adjusting it,
the pain disappeared right away.
This morning, though,
my knee still feels a bit sore,
so I plan to rest for two days.
It was my first time running 15 km,
and I felt truly happy and excited.
Running form really matters.
This kind of soreness is normal,
but for those who love running,
please make sure to pay attention to your posture.
