Bubbles that can burst at any moment, or not?
My map of local stablecoins looks alive: 69 tokens, 29 countries, $1.75B in total. Look closer and a third of it is already cracking.
Twenty of the 69 tokens carry a failing grade. Stasis EURS, once the largest euro stablecoin, trades at 1.19 against a euro worth 1.15 and holds $8M.
BRZ trades several percent away from the real. A7A5, the ruble token that alone makes up 98% of the CIS bubble, barely holds its peg, has almost no liquidity on-chain, and its issuer is sanctioned.
Then there are the tokens with no pulse. EURI, EURQ, AUDF, CADC show a

ETF tailwinds circulated all day, but TRX voted with -1.71%: buying the rumor and selling the fact happened again
$TRX ’s ETF tailwinds circulated for a day, with the price moving from 0.3384 to 0.3326, down 1.71% after the event. I’m not catching a falling knife here; I’ll only consider opening shorts into the rebound resistance zone.

The talk was about the ETF launching and TRON pursuing U.S. stock market compliance, but no details emerged all day. The market voted first: buy the rumor, sell the fact. The funding rate is -0.00086, with shorts so crowded that they are paying to enter.

What the market is truly repricing is not just Bitcoin and altcoins after the CLARITY Act's procedural vote failed.
It affects the regulatory timeline for the entire U.S. on-chain financial system.
The first layer of impact is Crypto.
The market had originally been trading on regulatory certainty gradually becoming reality.
After the procedural vote was blocked, the short-term cycle returns to:
Regulatory timeline delayed
→ Risk premium rises
→ Leveraged capital retreats
→ BTC and ETH deleverage first
→ Altcoins face greater liquidity pressure.
So ETH's rapid drop from around 2470 to 2387 just

The U.S. Senate vote on the Clarity Act has failed to clear the procedural hurdle, and voting is still underway. Bitcoin plunged from above $77k to below $76k in the short term, with its decline widening again to 4.3%. Ethereum fell more than 7.1% again, hitting a new daily low and nearing $2,380, after briefly attempting to reclaim $2,450 before the news broke. Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase fell more than 10%. Polymarket’s odds of the CLARITY Act becoming law were halved. Bessent supports the final version of the CLARITY Act.$BT $ETH $COIN

Today’s crypto bill was basically a case of the bearish news being priced in ahead of time. It spiked upward with such a large upper wick this morning, but I didn’t expect the reaction to be that strong. Because of the Trump administration, political factors make it difficult for it to pass in the early stages, but this happened way too quickly. Still, the rebound has also been very strong. If the market fully absorbs this wave of selling, the entire crypto market could rebound before Friday, and the probability of a direct deep V-shaped recovery is still relatively high. The key is where the

The U.S. Senate will hold a key procedural vote on the CLARITY Act on September 15, requiring 60 votes to advance with Republicans holding 53 seats. Kalshi data shows the odds of passage this year have fallen to 25%, with ethics provisions and stablecoin yield still unresolved. What would advancing the bill mean for crypto markets?
