BREAKING: $BTC Elon Musk's SpaceX and Tesla's potential $3.6 Trillion merger could create the world's 5th-largest company.
SpaceX is valued at $2.15 Trillion and Tesla at $1.5 Trillion, putting their combined valuation above Amazon.
#ElonMusk owns about 20% of Tesla and 48% of SpaceX, but his special voting shares give him control over roughly 82% of SpaceX’s votes.
After the merger, Elon Musk would own approximately 37% of the combined company and could control around 57% of its voting power, per Reuters.

CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju says fresh money is flowing into $BTC, a trend he believes is common during bull markets.
Recent data also points to increased Bitcoin holdings among large investors and renewed inflows into U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs.
One important sign is rising realized capitalization, which suggests more capital is entering the Bitcoin market.
If this trend continues, it could support the market, although Bitcoin prices can still fall along the way.

$BTC is trading near $82.7K, around 14% above its rising 200-day moving average at $72.5K.
#Bitcoin remains below the 1.5x valuation band near $108.7K. A temporary pullback doesn’t necessarily break the bullish structure as long as the long-term trend remains strong.

Bitcoin Has Made Doing Nothing Weirdly Difficult
One of the funniest things about $BTC is how people can hold it for five years but still check the price twenty times a day 😂
You tell yourself you're a long-term investor, then a 3% dip has you opening TradingView during dinner.
And honestly I think that's half the challenge with Bitcoin. Buying it is easy. Ignoring all the noise afterward is a completely different skill.
Anyone here actually managing to hold BTC without checking the chart every few hours?

When $BTC goes up, alts stand still. When it goes down, alts fall the hardest 😬
That’s the picture market maker Wintermute describes right now. According to them, altcoin selling is getting stronger, and money is flowing into Bitcoin and Ethereum instead. Over the last week, altcoins lost 5.69% on average.
Wintermute believes that even a Bitcoin rally may not pull altcoins out of their range. And if the whole market corrects, alts could take a bigger hit than BTC and ETH.
That’s why they currently see Bitcoin and Ether as the more attractive choice in terms of risk and potential return.

What Moves Bitcoin Wednesday ?
$BTC enters Wednesday’s CPI with a hot headline already in the price; the real risk sits one line lower.
Forecasters expect September CPI up 0.6% on the month and roughly 3.7% on the year.
Energy is behind it: Brent averaged $114 in September, $23 above August, and Barclays sees gasoline up about 9%. The same Hormuz tensions triggered $547 million in liquidations last week.
Core is where the surprise lives. Consensus has it at just 0.2%, down from 0.3% in August.
The Fed hiked 25 basis points on September 16 in a 12-0 vote, 16 officials see at least one more this

Polymarket is showing a 78% chance of another Fed rate hike by the end of 2026.... this is a prediction market estimate, not an official Fed forecast
While higher rates can put pressure on stocks and crypto, the inflation data could change expectations pretty quickly

The market cap of tokenized stocks has reached a new all time high, according to Token Terminal, with BNB Chain, Ethereum and Solana accounting for roughly 70% of the market.

What stands out is how quickly this market is growing. Tokenized equities are giving investors blockchain-based access to exposure linked to traditional stocks, while opening the door to around the clock trading and deeper integration with onchain finance.
BNB Chain is currently leading by market cap, followed by Ethereum and Solana. That competition matters because the networks attracting the most assets could gain an

New whales now hold over $100 billion of #Bitcoin, measured at the price they paid.
Rand Group’s CryptoQuant chart tracks realized cap, not market value. Realized cap prices each coin at the last time it moved. The orange line was near zero before 2024. It has gone vertical since 2025 and just cleared $100 billion.
That is new capital, not old coins marked up. Before 2025, new whales were no more than about 22% of Bitcoin’s realized cap. They are now close to half of it. These are large holders who bought at much higher prices than the prior cycle’s whales.

Over the past week, we saw an aggressive selloff, with which most of the local downside liquidity got hunted
out.
However, buyers then quickly stepped in around the $80k to $81k area, pushing price back above the range lows.
With yesterday’s weekly close being well above the previous swing high, this is exactly the bullish weekly close I’ve been talking about.
The range lows have now successfully been reclaimed, which opens the door for another push towards the unswept highs, which should become our main target over the coming weeks.
They have constantly been front run, c
