9.18 | SOL Short-Term Outlook
Short 102.5-103.5 on a rebound
Stop-loss: 104.0
Targets: 101.0 → 99.5

After surging on the one-hour timeframe, bulls are running out of steam, with high-level consolidation.
102.5-103.5 is a converging resistance zone with concentrated selling pressure, making a pullback after the rebound meets resistance highly likely.
In a range-bound market, strictly control position size and always use a stop-loss. #美国众院推动比特币储备立法 #Gate广场中秋团圆局 #SEC批准代币化股票有限链上交易 $SOL

CFTC has opened a door for “passive software”—don’t mistake “the wallet can connect to perpetuals” for blanket approval.
On September 17, the CFTC issued Staff Letter 26-25.
It expanded the no-action letter granted only to Phantom in March to eligible passive software providers.
Simply put: you provide a “pipe” that displays market data and routes orders to registered FCMs/DCMs.
If you don’t custody assets, provide trading signals, or decide routing yourself, you may not need to register as an IB.
My view: this is a statement that “software ≠ intermediary,” which is better than empty talk abou

$UNI Positive news—no wonder it surged!
The U.S. SEC has introduced a new five-year exemption policy for tokenized stocks, easing regulatory oversight of on-chain securities trading and benefiting the RWA sector. The news drove tokens such as UNI, ONDO, and BP higher across the board; U.S. stock-related companies also rose, including Securitize and Robinhood. Large amounts of capital flowed into sectors related to real-world asset tokenization and decentralized trading, giving the industry a short-term sentiment boost.

9.18 BTC Analysis
On the one-hour BTC timeframe, after rapidly dipping to establish a low at 74887, BTC staged a technical rebound. The current price is consolidating around the Bollinger middle band, while the Bollinger Bands continue to narrow and volatility remains compressed, forming a typical bearish continuation consolidation pattern. Buying pressure in the order book has a slight edge, but no incremental capital has entered the market, with only existing funds competing, so the rebound’s sustainability is questionable. Combined with potential negative pressure from external policy event

That's all for this week😊We'll continue next week.
During the 9.14–9.20 period, the market was not optimistic about Ethereum surging to 2700; compared with a deep drop to 2200, the market was more concerned about first testing the 2300 level.
Although the overall probability of falling below 2300 was only 16%, it was already the most-traded scenario among the three, indicating some concern about a pullback, with no overwhelming consensus among bulls.

I didn’t make any particular judgment; I just held on a little longer and didn’t expect it to cooperate so well. When I checked the chart after lunch, $PTB was stagnating at a high level, with no volume behind each push higher and clearly insufficient buying support.
I only said one thing: Don’t chase longs; sell orders overhead are substantial, so short positions can wait for confirmation. It then started moving downward, with the timing spot on.

$SPCXB Conclusion first: Short-term bias is bullish, but it has entered a high-risk zone. Only hold after reducing the position; do not chase highs. Once it falls below 152.9, exit unconditionally.
Rationale: The current price is 154.83. MA5=154.886 remains above MA20=154.363, and the moving-average structure has not broken down. This is the only technical basis supporting the bulls. However, RSI=66.7 is approaching overbought, the MACD histogram is -0.1997, indicating bearish momentum, and the price is near the Bollinger upper band at 155.798. The amplitude over 30 candlesticks is only 3.77%—
