$BTC Up 5,000 one day, down 5,000 the next. That’s the whole narrative: Democrats want to regulate AI, Microsoft is cutting projects, and tonight’s nonfarm payrolls expectations are sky-high (the odds of a December rate hike are already at 80%).

Back to the charts: Bitcoin plunged in one huge bearish candle, breaking straight through the EMA200 (78,360) lifeline and smashing through the lower Bollinger Band.

KDJ plunged to 16.0, deep in oversold territory. This isn’t a normal pullback at all—the big players are using nonfarm payrolls expectations to leave longs who chased the rally hanging!

So how did it go? 22 minutes later, at 07:40, the stop loss was triggered and the position exited immediately, for a -89% loss on a 100x simulated basis. This trade had a risk/reward ratio of about 0.8R (0.9% risk / 0.7% reward), which wasn’t great to begin with. The market didn’t cooperate, and that’s that.
