The interesting part of this move is the story behind it. StarkWare has discussed the possibility of Starknet becoming an independent Layer 1, partly to gain more control over its security roadmap and accelerate its preparation for a future where quantum computing could challenge existing cryptography.
That is an important discussion, but there is a difference between exploring a major technical change and officially committing to it. I would not value STRK as if this transition were already confirmed.
The price action also deserves attention. After the rapid rise, STRK has faced a sharp correction, suggesting that traders are taking profits and that momentum can change quickly. When a token moves this aggressively, late buyers can become vulnerable to sudden reversals, especially if leveraged positions are involved.
Another factor to watch is token supply. The reported upcoming unlock adds another reason to monitor selling pressure and market liquidity rather than assuming that recent gains will continue.
My approach here is patience over FOMO. I would watch whether STRK can establish a stable support area, form higher lows and recover resistance with convincing spot buying. If price keeps falling and rebounds are weak, I would avoid treating every dip as a buying opportunity. If buyers regain control and structure improves, the bullish case becomes more credible.
For me, the real question is whether this rally can develop into sustained demand supported by actual network progress, or whether the market has moved too far ahead of confirmed developments.
STRK has an interesting security narrative, but execution, adoption and token supply still matter.
Would you consider STRK after this correction, or wait until the market confirms a new support level?
