#NVIDIAEarnings
Nvidia just delivered the number the market had been waiting for. Q2 revenue came in at 96.2 billion dollars, up 106 percent year-on-year. The stock reacted immediately and the daily chart on Gate is still digesting the move.
Price closed at 227.92 after an 8.58 percent surge, printing a high of 230.47. The 50-period EMA sits at 211.21 and the 200-period EMA is lower at 195.13. Bollinger Bands now run from 203.27 on the downside to 231.19 on the upside, with the middle band near 217.23. Price is pressing directly against the upper band and the SRL resistance at 231.19. The next visible ceiling sits at the prior swing high near 236.26. Support starts at the broken middle band zone around 217.23, then the 50-period EMA at 211.21 and the deeper 203.27 level.
RSI has climbed to 61.23, still constructive without being extreme. MACD remains positive on the signal lines even as the histogram moderates after the sharp impulse.
The bullish case is a clean daily close above 231.19 followed by acceptance over the 230–231 zone. If guidance continues to reflect sustained data-center demand, the path of least resistance opens toward 236.26 and potentially a fresh extension. In that scenario the 217–211 area becomes the first support band on any retest.
The bearish case is a classic post-earnings rejection. Failure to hold above 227–230 on the next few sessions, especially if the broader market cools, would likely send price back toward 217.23. A break of that level would bring the 50-period EMA at 211.21 into play and open the door to 203.27. After an 8.5 percent single-day move the odds of some digestion are real.
I am treating 231.19 as the immediate decision level and 217.23 as the short-term trend filter. The revenue number removes a major overhang, yet the chart still has to confirm whether buyers are willing to pay through the recent highs. Size stays measured until one of those levels resolves with volume.
How are you reading the same reaction? Adding on a break of 231, waiting for a pullback into 217, or already locking partial gains? Share your levels.
