#ETHBreaks2400

Ethereum is back in the spotlight!
Ethereum (ETH) is showing strong bullish momentum, with the market recently pushing toward the $2,400 resistance zone. As of August 21, ETH is trading around $2,330–$2,360, depending on the market and exchange, after a powerful recovery from around $1,800 earlier this week. Recent market data shows ETH has gained more than 25% over the week, making this one of the strongest moves Ethereum has seen in recent months.
The $2,400 level is extremely important. A clean daily close above $2,400 could confirm that buyers are taking control and potentially open the door toward the next resistance areas around $2,500 and $2,600. Technical analysis also identifies the $2,400–$2,500 region as a major resistance band, meaning ETH may need strong volume and sustained buying pressure to move through it.
🔥 Why ETH Is Strong
Ethereum's recent rally has been supported by a major shift in market sentiment. ETH moved from approximately $1,800 to above $2,300 in only a few sessions. On August 19 alone, historical data shows a daily gain of roughly 17%, followed by another positive session on August 20.
This type of momentum can attract both traders and long-term investors. However, fast rallies can also produce short-term profit-taking, so traders should watch whether ETH can turn $2,400 from resistance into support.
📊 Key Levels to Watch
Resistance:
🔴 $2,400
🔴 $2,500
🔴 $2,600
🔴 $2,800
Support:
🟢 $2,300
🟢 $2,250
🟢 $2,128
🟢 $2,000
The most important short-term level is $2,300. If ETH remains above this area after testing $2,400, the bullish structure becomes stronger. A deeper correction below $2,250 could temporarily slow the rally, while losing the broader $2,128 area would weaken the current breakout setup.
🔮 My ETH Prediction
If Ethereum successfully closes above $2,400 with strong volume, my bullish scenario is a move toward $2,500–$2,600 first. If momentum remains strong and Bitcoin continues supporting the broader crypto market, ETH could eventually test $2,700–$2,800.
For the next few days, a reasonable bullish range to watch is $2,400–$2,500, while a consolidation between $2,250 and $2,400 would also be healthy after such a rapid move.
But there is an important warning: ETH has risen very quickly, so a pullback should not automatically be considered bearish. Markets often retest breakout levels before continuing higher. The key question is whether buyers defend $2,300–$2,400.
🚀 Final View
$2,400 is the battle zone for Ethereum. A confirmed breakout could transform this rally into a much larger recovery, while rejection could bring short-term consolidation.
My bullish targets are $2,500 → $2,600 → $2,800, with $2,300 as an important near-term support.
