BTC and ETH are showing signs of a rebound, but traders should remember one important rule: a rebound is not automatically a trend reversal.
The key now is to focus on price structure, volume, support/resistance, and confirmation rather than chasing green candles.
📌 BTC Trading Setup
For BTC, I would watch three things:
1️⃣ Breakout Confirmation
If BTC breaks above a major resistance level, the most important question is whether it can hold that level. A breakout with strong volume is more reliable than a sudden price spike followed by rejection.
2️⃣ Breakout + Retest
Instead of chasing the first pump, a safer approach is to wait for a retest. If the previous resistance turns into support and buyers step in again, it can provide a cleaner risk/reward setup.
3️⃣ Support Failure
If BTC loses an important support zone with increasing selling volume, the rebound structure could weaken. In that situation, aggressive long positions should be avoided until a new structure develops.
📌 ETH Trading Setup
ETH should be analyzed alongside BTC because BTC strength often determines the overall market direction.
For ETH, I would look for:
Breakout → Retest → Support Confirmation → Continuation
If ETH breaks resistance and successfully holds above it, while ETH/BTC also starts showing relative strength, the probability of further upside can improve.
However, if BTC remains strong while ETH continues to underperform, I would avoid buying simply because ETH has not moved as much.
🎯 My Trading Approach
I prefer confirmation over prediction.
Instead of:
❌ Price pumps → FOMO → Buy at the top
I prefer:
✅ Breakout
✅ Wait for retest
✅ Confirm support
✅ Enter with controlled risk
✅ Set invalidation before entering
No setup is guaranteed. Position sizing and stop-loss management are just as important as the entry itself.

The current BTC/ETH rebound could develop into a stronger move, but the market still needs confirmation.
For me, the most important signals are:
Price Structure > Market Emotion
Volume Confirmation > One Green Candle
Risk Management > Perfect Prediction
The goal is not to catch every move. The goal is to participate when the probability and risk/reward make sense.
