The Federal Reserve kept the interest rate unchanged at a range of 4.25%-4.5%.
FED Decision Summary (19/03/2025):
1️⃣ The Federal Reserve did not adjust interest rates at its second consecutive meeting.
The Federal Reserve pointed out that economic uncertainty has intensified.
3️⃣ The median forecast indicates that interest rates are expected to be reduced by a total of 50 basis points by 2025.
The Federal Reserve will slow down the reduction of its balance sheet starting April 1.
5️⃣ The growth forecast for 2025 has been sharply revised downward.
6️⃣ Upgraded the inflation forecast for 2025.
