#LTC ### **Operation Strategy**

#### **Short-term Traders**
1. **Oversold Rebound Test** (Very High Risk):
- **Entry conditions**: Price consolidates near **90.00 with shrinking volume** or RSI(6) rebounds above 30.
- **Stop Loss**: Set strictly below **88.00** (to prevent extreme spiking).
- **Target**: 92.92 (lower Bollinger band), 96.46 (EMA5).

2. **Follow the trend to chase the empty** (continuation of the trend):
- **Entry Conditions**: Price falls below **79.52** (confirming new low), or rebounds are resisted at EMA5 (96.46).
- **Stop loss**: above 80.00 (if shorting) or above 97.00 (if shorting on rebound).
- **Target**: 75.00 (psychological support), 70.00 (technical extension level).

#### **Medium to Long-term Investors**
- **Stay on the sidelines**: Currently in a **panic selling phase**, with no signs of a reversal signal, we need to wait:
- **Price stabilizes at EMA10 (101.48)** with increasing volume.
- **MACD bullish divergence** (price hits a new low but MACD indicator rises).

---

### **Risk Warning**
1. **Extreme Volatility**: The price has fallen below the previous low, and the lack of liquidity may lead to violent needle insertion (e.g. 79.52 rebounding to 90+).
2. **Leverage Risk**: Avoid using leverage exceeding 3 times, especially in oversold areas.
3. **Market Linkage**: Pay close attention to whether BTC falls below key support (such as 40,000), which may drag LTC further down.

---

### **Summary**
LTC is currently in a state of panic selling. In the short term, investors can play with a small amount of money for a rebound (with strict stop-loss), or follow the trend to short (targeting 70-75). Long-term investors need to patiently wait for bottom signals (such as a long shadow with volume or MACD divergence). Do not blindly try to buy in at the bottom, as market sentiment takes time to recover.
