We recently saw the first rise in the ALTS of this cycle, but this is not uncommon and even quite common in previous cycles, and although it will take some time to recover, we still see higher highs. The big bulls came after the last wave of Halving, and this time the Halving will encounter interest rate cuts. Historically, the Fluctuation before the pump of each Halving cycle is so big that long people are shuffled out before dawn. The real mad bull, the raging Bull Market is yet to come. Interest rate cuts are inevitable, and the big Bull Market is late.
