When the market repeatedly whipsawed intraday, I noticed that $ICP had a very hard time on every rebound. The overhead suppression never really loosened. The buy-side looked like it was moving, but in reality there was no sustained follow-through. Seeing that ICP’s volume didn’t catch up and that nobody was receiving on the way up, I stopped waiting for some so-called bullish continuation and executed a long when it approached 2.
