According to Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas, if the BlackRock BTC ETF application is accepted, a capital of $ 30 trillion is expected to enter the bitcoin market.
SEC on June 30; BlackRock had asked Fidelity and other issuers to replace their application with additional information. Crypto investors, on the other hand, considered this request from the SEC as a positive indicator that the process is progressing.
BlackRock has managed nearly 3 trillion client assets in ETFs at the end of March and has invested in a range of assets, including stocks, bonds and commodities. Salim Ramji, the global head of BlackRock's ETF and index investment business, said the company's interest in crypto is a logical extension of its model.
