PANews July 28 news: According to the Secret Network community forum, former SNF head Lisa Loud has released a draft proposal, suggesting that after Secret Labs exits, a new entity led by her would take over Secret L1 and reorganize the token economy through a one-time large-scale token issuance. The plan proposes using “dilution issuance” (example: the old supply is diluted down to 20%) to allocate newly minted tokens to the new entity, validators, cross-chain relayers, developers, and victims of bridge hacks, without migrating chains or removing any token holders, and to set protocol-layer taxes to continuously fund development and infrastructure. The proposal emphasizes that all SCRT staked in contracts such as Shade should be fully included in the continuation chain, while changing compensation for hacker victims from “possibly in the future” to reserving a specific amount within the token allocation, but it also points to multiple risks, including concentrated voting power, the community’s difficulty accepting high dilution, and exchange delistings.
