ME News, July 27 (UTC+8): Korean trading company POSCO International and LG CNS launched a pilot to deploy real-time trade receivables to the Injective blockchain, aiming to speed up payment flows between its global subsidiaries. The two parties place the receivables on a shared blockchain ledger to create a single, transferable record, and embed compliance rules to reduce reconciliation time among buyers, sellers, and banks. After the pilot, POSCO plans to roll the project into a production environment. The project covers blockchain use cases such as trade finance, stablecoin-based fund transfers, and asset tokenization.
