PANews July 23, citing CoinDesk, reports that crypto-friendly digital bank Revolut valued its employee-share-sale transaction at $115 billion, up 53% from $75 billion in November last year, making it the most valuable private company in Europe. Priced at $2,017 per share, the deal allows employees and existing shareholders to sell stock, rather than raising new capital for the company. This valuation has already exceeded Barclays Bank’s market cap of about $95 billion. Revolut reported pre-tax profit of $2.3 billion in 2025 (up 57% year over year), revenue of $6 billion (up 46%), and more than 75 million customers.

Revolut’s main app supports trading, asset withdrawals, and staking of over 200 crypto tokens, and it operates a standalone crypto exchange, Revolut X. The company received a MiCA license last year, obtained a UK banking license in March, and has applied for a US national bank license. It has also discussed that a future IPO could seek a valuation as high as $200 billion.
