7.22 ETH evening market view

Following the broader market’s push up and subsequent pressure-induced pullback, the evening maintained a slightly weak, choppy consolidation. After a morning spike higher, profit-taking continued to be realized. The advance lacked incremental capital to follow through, and short-term long momentum clearly weakened. In the evening, it is likely to continue the range-clearing (wash) rhythm.

In the short term, the suppression range is 1930-1960, while 2000 is a key intermediate-term pressure level. On the downside, the core supports are 1870 and 1835. At the pullback levels, there is supporting capital stepping in, and before any effective breakdown occurs, the intermediate-term consolidation and repair structure has not been damaged. Short-cycle indicators are gradually weakening, and there remains the possibility of testing support to the downside.

Evening reference ranges:
1、Rebound 1930-1960, defense above 1970, targets 1870 and 1835;
2、Pullback 1835-1870, defense below 1810, targets around 1920.

Technicals for the short term are indeed bearish, but the intermediate-term consolidation structure hasn’t broken. I plan to wait for a pullback to 1,870 to add to my position, and I won’t chase the price.

The broader market spiked up and then pulled back; is ETH going to keep up by following down but not chasing up? That’s pretty much in line with the recent pace. If 1835 breaks, then we’ll probably see 1800 next—be cautious.

I followed what you said last night at 1835 and added one more, and now I'm in the green. Thanks for sharing! But the volatility is too small—it’s grinding.

This analysis is solid—far better than all those random signal shouts. But if your capital is small, set a tighter stop-loss for the 1930 short; don’t let a quick “needle” spike hunt you out and sweep you.

The range analysis is quite detailed—it's clear to short from 1930 to 1960, but personally I feel that 2000 is the real pressure point; in the short term, support around 1870 still holds steady.
