Bitcoin surged early to the high point at 66,399, then began to move downward and pull back, with the low dipping to 65,668.6, completing a round of deep retracement; from 12:00 to 19:00, the overall action was a consolidation and repair pattern after bottoming: after the decline, the longs absorbed buy orders and stepped in to push a rebound, but sell pressure from previously trapped positions above remained heavy, preventing price from breaking into a one-way uptrend. Overall, it ranged and churned back and forth, repeatedly shaking out positions.
The main bearish downtrend phase in the short term has already ended, and the market has shifted into a long-versus-short tug-of-war consolidation: support near 65,670 is solid below, while strong resistance sits overhead near 66,400. In the near term, it will most likely remain range-bound. By repeatedly fluctuating, it will digest oversold-bottom buying profit-taking and the trapped-positions selling pressure from above. Next, price will need to break through the range boundaries to start a new round of one-way momentum.
