Wall Street chip bid just pulled $BTC out of a hole and funds piled in.

$BTC hit $66,100 on July 21, a one-month high, after five days of $600M+ inflow into US spot $BTC ETFs. That run is best since mid-July and flips eight-week drain of $9.4B. $IBKR posted $0.61 after close July 21, $CME Group $2.99 pre-market July 22, $TSLA $0.44 post-market July 22, $NDAQ $0.95 July 23. $TSLA holds about $1.1B in $BTC per past filings, so its call can move $BTC via holder sentiment. If $TSLA keeps $BTC on book and talks AI, crypto beta lifts. If it sells, fear hits.
Chip names led move. Samsung and Taiwan Semi up 4% on July 21, Nikkei up 3% after Kimi K3 shock last week. Kimi K3 from Moonshot AI beat Claude and GPT on code test and hit chip stocks, dragging $BTC below $63k July 17. Rebound in Asia chip gauge up 2% July 21 gave $BTC tail wind. $ETH did more at $1,922, up 8% on week, $XRP $1.13 up 6%, $SOL $78 up 2%, $BNB $574 flat, $DOGE flat.
Oil helped. Brent fell to $88.58 from $91.42 after Iran halt talk, easing inflation fear. That takes heat off Fed for July 30 meet. Yet K33 says $BTC spot volume still only 62% of yearly mean and CME open interest low since 2023. So this is low-liquidity rally, not full risk-on.
What to do now: hold $BTC above $64k base, $68k roof is first sell for swing. $72k call spread into Fed is cheap upside, open interest up 35% in two days. For $ETH, $1,860 low held, now $1,922, next $2,050 if $BTC holds $64k. For chip beta, long $NVDA proxy via $BTC and $ETH if chip bid stays, flip short if chip fades. For $TSLA earnings, watch $BTC book line, not car sales.
Keep size small, use tight stops, as oil and Fed can still shake this thin book.
